Description of Work: Job began on July 30 contractor promised 2-3 weeks for completion. Project ended on August 20. Scope of work agreed upon during 3 seperate onsite visits before the work began. When the work started, the scope of work was not followed; the contractor cut corners and did not do as promised, they did not show up daily to work, and when they did they worked no more than four-five hours average per day!!! Very strange work ethic. Agreement called for half of the money to be paid at the begin of work and half at the end. The contrator insisted for more money mid-way; so we gave more money (75% was give to contractor). On August 22 they wanted more money; we would not give them more money so they left the job site. We met with local authorities and decided to cut all ties with vendor. Vendor was very unproffesional and disrespectful.
