+ 0 moreThe two metal strips on front of the screen covering the microphone and speaker could not be put back on the screen. The pieces did not seem to be functional but their absence left holes open in the screen. I took the phone but came back a few days later complaining about the parts not being on the phone. They tried again to put the metal strips on, but could not. The manager was very pleasant and gave me a full refund, which was much more than I thought they needed to give, but they insisted and put the money back on my credit card. They seem to care a lot about customer satisfaction.
Description of Work: Repaired the screen on a Moto X 2nd Generation.
