Description of Work: I had a leaking faucet on the hot water side. I thought it needed a new gasket. They said they rebuilt it. Don't know exactly what they did but it was fixed. Don't know cost of plumbers these days but I thought the cost was on the high side. I appreciate them coming as soon as they did.

Description of Work: They replaced the cracked sewer pipe in my front yard. Called there 9 p.m. because it started backing up and started spewing out to the yard. Jason was out checking on it at 10 p.m., put a temporary fix, came back next day and fixed it. It took longer than he estimated due to so many rocks in the yard. But he stuck with his estimate repair cost. Honest and hard working guys!

Description of Work: Our family lives in a home that was built in 1979. Our toilets in 3 baths were as old as the house causing frequent back-up issues. Justin from Cottrell came to our home to to re-seat our toilet, but with his help, we decided to purchase new toilets and have them installed. He gave us the names of some quality toilets to research and get quotes from Lowes and Home Depot. We found that the brands were at the stores, but that they had some issues with the seats. Justin found us the toilets with quality seats at a different vendor. He purchased the toilets, brought them to our home and installed them when we were available. He was professional, helpful, pleasant and punctual. We are extremely pleased with the results. The toilets are seated properly with no issues.

Description of Work: I work for a local non profit and many local plumbers had quoted an excess of 1000.00 to do this job. Cottrell and Company responded immediately and gave A-1 quality customer service and repair in addition to diagnosing the problem and repairing it quickly and affordable at a fraction of the cost of all other quotes. My company will never use anyone else! We have used Meetze in the past and have been gouged for money and received half the quality of work. Jason and family are the way to go!

Description of Work: Had a couple of leaks under the house and Jason (the owner) was on site within 3 hours of my call to the office. He fixed the problems quickly, was very thorough and even went out if his way to find a more affordable option even though it cost him money.
