Description of Work: I dug up the busted pipe for him so it was exposed when he arrived and he just replaced the elbow join and about 1 foot of pipe. Went well but pricey for approx $10-15 worth of material. I then covered it up with material.

Description of Work: They came in and put in a new gas line for my stove. The problem was they had to come back three times.I was left with no stove and no hot water until the gas leak was fixed. By the third visit I had a hard time getting someone to come back to my house.

Description of Work: A blockage in the drain system caused a backup in the washroom and the kitchen sink. Johnny used a camera system to check the sewage lines out to the city system. He determined the blockage was just beyond the kitchen sink. He initially tried an acid cleaner to clear the line. Since the acid cleaner did not work, he had to dismantle the pipes under the sink and manually remove the clog. He was very careful to not cause any damage, to thoroughly cleanup, and to ensure there were no water leaks. Johnny was very conscientious about his work and customer satisfaction.

Description of Work: Worker came in response to my call about odor and plumbing sounds, then looked in bathroom and underneath the house. Worker was unsure about whether work on septic system was needed. Did not explain things in terms that I could understand. Gave me incorrect suggestions about septic companies (which I learned after I phoned them) - this was well-intentioned, but still it caused me time and confusion.
