They not only cleaned the drain but adjusted the stopper as well. Cantrell's people are very efficient and polite. I would use them again and recommend them highly. |

Description of Work: Everything installed works properly, just a few minor issues with the installation process. Some minor damage was done to my counter top with the removal of the old sink - but the technician was very apologetic and he did give a bit of a discount on his work. I would still recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Cottrell was great. The guys called and asked if they could come a little earlier than scheduled and that was actually better for me. I had a clog in the bathroom sink, a slow running drain in the kitchen and a toilet that would run every 20 minutes or so. Justin and Brett were so polite and respectful - not just of me but of my house. They split up and got to work, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. I am widow and I live in an older home with old pipes and I always worry about worst case scenario whenever something needs to be done in the house but Justin and Brett were so professional and knowledgeable that I felt very comfortable letting them do what they had to do. The kitchen sink proved to be very difficult but the guys stayed with it and kept the mood light, which helped me to relax. They cleaned up everything afterwards and the cost was less than I expected. So many companies try to take advantage of women who are single but Cottrell is an honest, straight forward company that provides excellent workmanship and exemplary customer service. I would absolutely use them again and I have already recommended them to several family members. It was so refreshing to meet two young men with such good manners. That speaks very well for the company and is a good representation of the values of Cottrell. An excellent company you can trust.

Description of Work: Cleaned out sewer drain in house. Replaced main sewer line from house to street. Surprised that a pro plumber like Cantrell did not do the pipe camera inspection themselves and include it cost estimate. Hired a separate sub and paid separately. |Exceptionally prompt service.

Description of Work: Installed a 50 gallon?? water heater, cannot even get a hot bath before water is cold. Called them to house and they refused to honor warranty, because my husband had turned up the thermostat they said this was cause of element quitting. The thermostat was setwell within the boundaries of the temp.range. Lied to me about a family member and lied about the output of the heater. I have contacted the manufacturer.
