Jason is very professional, knows his trade and cares that the customer is happy. He is one of the few left that still take pride in his work. He will be my plumber forever. I can't say enough good things about him.

Jason personally answered the phone when I called on Sunday expecting to leave a message. He was on site within 12 hours of my call. He left his boots at the door, quickly assessed the situation, was very respectful and professional. Removed the old valve, put in a new one, in & out in about an hour. I wanted to do this task myself, and had already invested about $200 in parts. I just took everything back to Lowes and gladly paid the $400 for the service.

We had a complete back up - sewage came up thru every drain! My husband tried to snake the drains, but it made almost no difference. Since it was Sunday (of course) we saw a big plumbing bill come our way as we couldn't wait til Monday to take care of this.Read the reviews on Angies list and decided to go with the Cottrell Co. Called and was quoted $250 based on the problem I described. The plumber, Josh, was at another clients house, but called and said he will be there as soon as possible. He came one hour later, checked the drain from the outside and used a so called "bladder" to unclog the main drain. He made sure that the clog was completely gone and told us that we had a back water flap on our main drain (something we didn't know about) and things can get stuck on there, causing a blockage (this is something that normally doesn't happen, but it can and in our place it did). Since he did not have to use the drain camera, we only paid $125.00! Unfortunately, the flap was not installed properly and became unhinged, causing another blockage later on that night. We called back Monday and Josh came out right away. He apologized several times, even though it was not his fault and he could not have forseen this. So he unclogged the drain again, checked the traps to make sure nothing was stuck in there and repaired the flap - and all free of charge! Not only was Josh very pleasant and professional, he was on time and he knows what he is doing. And he gave us some tips should this problem happen again.When we told him about the reviews on Angies list (and that his name was mentioned several times) he was very happy and said: That is great, but I am just doing my job. We will call them again should we need to and we will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I contacted them after the pilot light and gas stopped working on our gas fireplace. Josh and Tony were able to come out the very next day. They were prompt and professional. They repaired the problem quickly and explained everything, Since I had found them on Angie's List, they discounted the cost of the repair. I would definitely call them again.

We were having occasional problems with water levels rising in our toilets. Josh arrived and was immediately friendly and professional. Once he assessed the problem, he suggested the least expensive alternative first. Flushing the line seems to have worked, so no further action was needed or recommended at this time. Despite it being the holiday week, he offered his services should the problem reoccur. I would highly recommend this group of master plumbers to my friends and family.

Had leak in the main waterline to house. Had previously call Meetze Plumbing, their solution was to replace line for $1700 even though I told them where I thought the leak was. Called Cottrell Plumbing from Angielist. Very nice on phone. Set appointment for next afternoon. Received call next morning from Jimmy Younce that he could come earlier. Met him and a couple hours later my problem was solved for $320. Was very satisfied with Jimmy and Cottrell. I will use them again for my home and my business.

The plumber was right on time and was in and out in about 20 minutes. He replaced the spigot in the backyard and also put a new part in the toilet that was broken. Very professional and courteous.

He came on time and worked quickly. Gave me good advice so that this won't happen again. It is good to know that we have someone we can trust to come if we have any plumbing problems.

We contacted them about a problem with our bathtub fixtures leaking. They came and gave us a very fair estimate and better yet, explained what was needed and why. They provided a right now estimate to repair and what it would cost to fix and the advantages/disadvantages of both options. We didn't hire them right then, not due to them. We will use them to replace our fixtures in the near future! They were very professional at all times. I'd recommend them to anyone highly.

Reviewed several Plumbers on Angies List and settled on Cottrell &Co when they were able to work the service call into busy schedule just prior to Thanksgiving. Plumber arrived on time and we discussed several options for repairing or replacing faucet. Plumber installed a new faucet quickly and efficiently. I would use this company again without any reservations.

The office answered right away when I called to schedule an appointment. Didn't have to leave a message. The plumbers called when they were going to be a bit late (only about 30 minutes). Then they called again when they were on their way. They were very professional, and didn't try to upsell me. The price was great -- I had similar work done by another company earlier this year for almost twice as much.

As a follow up to my review on them in July, my old electric water heater went out. Josh and an assistant came out and installed a new tankless gas water heater. I'm not sure how competitive the price was but I do know these are about 3 times the cost of electric ones. So Jason's company was in the ballpark and since I already knew how good this company is we decided to go with them without shopping around for the cheapest price. Plus, more than one person has said that these tankless gas units pay for themselves within a couple of years. We have had it for a week and are very pleased. Jason personally came out when the job was finished to make sure we were satisfied and gave us an overview of how to operate it and what to expect. This is a top flight team who do great work. I will go to them first for any and all plumbing needs from here on out.

Had a leak through the ceiling and we weren't sure of the cause. Josh and an assistant came out the day before a holiday and were right on time. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with my tub within an hour and offered to come back and offset the cost if the issue persists. Very straight forward, and seem like decent guys. Will use this company again if any other plumbing issues come up.

Great experience. They sent a guy out within a few hours after my call. The serviceman (I think Josh was his name) was wonderful and very professional. They fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up afterwords.

Jason's crew arrived on time. The notified me that they would be shutting of the water to the house to begin ripping out the pipe and replacing it. They were very professional and explained why they were using the pex pipe. They also stated that I would not need to use pipe insulation as it would be a waste of money. The entire job took just 6 hours. At the end of the job they told me that it would only be a matter of time before I would need to have the line from the city water meter to my house replaced due to its age. They explained what the process would be and how long it would take should I want to schedule it. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

Plumber was on time. Made the repair quickly and was curtious and professional.

My mothers hot water heater went out. The company was booked the day I called; however, they fit me in that day to come by and make sure the water heater wasn't going to bust. The next morning, they came out and installed a new hot water heater in the attic. I'm very impressed with this company and will definately call them again if needed in the future. I felt very comfortable with these folks in my home. They are hard workers and very knowledgeable. From the office, to the guys who came out, everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Very professional, neat and helpful. We wanted an estimate on the leaky shower, installing a new toilet, and an opinion on our clothes washer hook-up. We decided to have them fix the leak at the quoted price. They went to work on it right away and were able to take care of it in short order. It did not take as much time as they estimated, so they lowered their price accordingly.. On top of that they gave us an Angie's List special discount. I was very pleased with the job. As far as the toilet install estimate, and a recent estimate for a garbage disposal install, I felt they were much too high, so we've held off on those projects.
