Josh and his team worked very well. The projects took two days, but we never went without water overnight. They even called in extra guys to be sure the projects got done in time. They kept me informed throughout the project and summarized everything when finished. I was very impressed and definitely plan to use them again in the future.

Master Plumber Jimmy Yonce was very professional, clean cut, intelligent, and prompt. He used all the up-to-date problem solving and camera equipment to locate the plumbing problem and determine how to go about fixing the pipe break. Mr. Yonce and his assistant dug through the house slab in the guest bathroom to get to the broken pipe. He then fixed the pipe, replaced the dirt, and poured the concrete. I took a week or so to repaint and lay a new floor and then Mr. Yonce returned to install the toilet using all new plumping parts. I was very happy with the process and the company's willingness to work quickly to fix the problem as well as wait for funds to change accounts to render payment.

The work was scheduled by the company and completed quickly by Mr. Yonce. I was happy with the work and plan to keep Cottrell and Company as my plumber of choice.

Call for service on repairing shower hot water handle. Mr. Cottrell looked at the situation, explained what was needed and how to repair it. I bought the part - less than $3 and replaced it myself. I have recommended their company to friends.

When I called to report the leak in my bathroom sink, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The plumbers were at my house within 1.5 hrs of my service call. They showed up in a marked van, which always makes me feel like the company in question is professional and legit. They introduced themselves and handed me a business card, which also is very professional. I showed them the leak and the problem was immediately identified as a leak in my sink supply line. They replaced the lines with stainless steel ones that have a lifetime warranty. This took less than 30 minutes - they were in and out. They presented me with a detailed written service description and then very nicely explained the warranty and the company's guarantee of standing behind their work. As an Angie's List member the service call fee was waived (which was half what other service providers had quoted me so it was a good deal even if I had had to pay it). All in all I am very pleased with the service I received and the professionalism of the plumbers who came to my house. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Fantastic service. Had to use a combination of chemicals and snaking the drain to clear many years of buildup. Cleaned up after himself as well. Very personable individual! Would recommend to anyone.

Josh came right on time, very prompt. Introduced himself and gave me his biz card, proceed to go right to work,after he was done he also gave me an estimate on some other work I need to have done. I am not familiar with prices of plumbers yet in this area, I thought a little high but he did give me a break on his quote. so far so good. professional and got the job done , and cleaned up after himself.

First, we called Cottrell first thing in the morning to see if we could reschedule our time for a little later in the morning since we had guests who needed to sleep late after arriving after midnight. They were able to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. All went very well. Joshua was first of all punctual. He was also polite, professional and knowledgeable and was prompt in doing the work. Service call was waived because we used Angie's List. We much prefer Cottrell over another plumber we'd been using.....who is also rated an A on Angie's List.

Justin who works for Jason Cottrell was professional, courteous, and provided excellent service. The repair was fast, reasonably priced, and fixed to last for a long while. This situation has occurred before and according to Justin might again as long as we have this black roll pipe. I watched Justin do the repair and loved the quality of the work performed! Justin used high quality fittings that were brass and rubber and I could see the difference just by looking at the old fittings. He made it a point to comment that it wasn't the other contractor's fault that the fix didn't work forever. He was very knowledgeable and informed me that this repair may not last, and that the true solution is to dig a completely new line from the meter to our house. Justin quoted me a very fair price for the new line, but we could not afford it at this time. That didn't deter Justin from finishing the work as a repair, and doing it so that it will last as long as any repair to black roll pipe can. Hewas not only competent, but also polite and courteous at all times. I would recommend Cottrell plumbing highly to anyone .

I was able to get an appointment to fix my schedule, the female answering the call was polite and customer service oriented. Josh and Austin were great, called before arriving, provided the cost to complete the work, explained what they were doing and did not leave a mess. I plan to have Cottrell provide additional plumbing services to my home.

Not only was the work performed satisfactorily, but the provider also adjusted the water level on a couple of other toilets to save us money on our monthly water bill. He also replaced the device on the bathroom sink that allows one to open and shut the stopper. In addition, he inspected our horizontal copper piping under the house and worked up an estimate to replace it. Our house is over thirty years old, and we are beginning to have pin sized leaks in the copper pipes. We will certainly use Cottrell and Co. to do this work and replace our water heater in the near future. All work was performed in a timely, professional manner, and we look forward to using this company again for our plumbing needs.

He arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous. After sizing up the problem, he proceeded with snaking the line and discovered another obstruction farther down the line. We could have had a worse situation later, but he took care of it all. He checked to make sure there were no other problems with flow in different parts of the home. He did agreat job and cleaned up everything afterwards. I didn't feel taken advantage of like I did with a previous plumbing company. Very pleased.

This company is the greatest. It is a family-owned business and the workers are very personable. They will get to the bottom of whatever plumbing work needs to be done, and their rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Went excellent. Service advisor gave good advice and installed water line and drilled hole in bricks for drain line. Scheduled repair on faucet in kitchen to be done later.

They completed the repair at no charge because it was under warranty from their previous work. The problem was a defective part; it wasn't their fault. They didn't charge me. It was no hassle at all. They responded immediately when I called, even though it was Sunday. The office staff is very professional and the plumbers are very courteous.

They showed up when they said they would, were very kind and courteous, and did an outstanding job. The value for the service was very good as well. Will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

He was absolutely fabulous. He called us right before he arrived and was very punctual. He showed us his ID at the door, too. He recommended a replacement of our sink plumbing. He itemized everything and came in much cheaper than we thought. He replaced our piping and gave us new strainer baskets for our sink - no charge. He also put on silver fittings on our pipes for free. He cleaned up after himself, too. Everything was so neatly done and so perfect -- it knocked us off our feet! He put in materials that will last - none of that cheap stuff. He didn't go over his inital estimate and stuck right with it. I can't say enough nice things about him, and I've already recommended him to our children. You can tell he loves his work!

Arrived within an hour of contacting and spent close to an hour carefully checking all of the current plumbing and water heater, then writing up a quote detailing work.

It turns out the problem is one for the city to resolve, but Jason idetified where and ehat it was and did some flushing of the lines. He was couteous, personable and professional. EVERY plumbing problem I may have in the future will be for Cottrell & Co. To resolve. Period.
