 + -1 moreI feel like I completely wasted my money with this company. They did little more than walk around and point out the items I had already pointed out to them. They provided no advice nor were helpful whatsoever. He spent a lot of time telling me what they could not do. It was very disappointing...... I ended up calling Terminix and they were very, very helpful. Terminix offered (and did) crawl into the small attic and inspect the top plate and truss' where they tied into the front wall (that had the apparent termite damage). They also located the bait stations and identified the drill holes in the foundation from the termite treatment that had apparently been done on the house. What a difference in customer service!
Description of Work: I was in the process of buying a home thru an estate sale, as-is with very little information available on its condition. The neighbors had indicated that the home had termites and there was some apparent damage visible on the walls and trim work, but I needed to know if it had been treated and how extensive the damage was.

 + -1 moreThe company reps showed up a few minutes before the appointment and explained the drilling and treatment process. Took their time and thoroughly treated both properties.
Description of Work: Hired to perform a first time termite bond renewal on my home as well as my father-in-laws home up the road.
