Description of Work: Replaced small roof and rotted wood around door and window. The job was done well. They took extra care to make sure that they used quality materials.

Description of Work: We are in the middle of an addition to our house that Construction Specialties of Columbia is doing for us. We are very impressed with Daniel Jones, who did the design, and Joe Jones, his brother, who is overseeing the work. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of redesign or construction work!

Description of Work: Remodel a large porch, creating a striking glass enclosed sun room. Also assisted with repairs and cleanup from the flood. |CSI and crew are a class act. They perform all work in a professional manner with great attention to quality. We are extremely pleased with the results and would unconditionally recommend them for any construction or remodeling project.

Description of Work: Completely tore out, designed and reconstructed two full bathrooms. Very courteous personnel, cleaned up after themselves, high-quality work and good communication daily with project manager.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List deal for $49 to review a deck addition project and have them provide a 3D drawing. They completed the service and we are getting a bid from them to do the addition. Because of their professionalism and willingness to engage in providing information, they have the inside track on doing the project.

Description of Work: I hired Construction Specialties to renovate my bathroom, create a laundry room out of a closet, and a couple other sundry fixes around my new home. All their workers were highly skilled, professional, punctual, and friendly. Joe, the project manager, was constantly in touch with scheduling and was always available to help when needed. I wanted to put some sweat equity into the renovation by doing the tiling myself, and they let me use their tile saw to help out. A really great group of guys and I would love to work with them again when I save up some money to get to the next renovation on my house!

Description of Work: I met with Mr. Jones to get an estimate to add a room above the garage. He said I would need detail drawings for an accurate estimate and to build. I hired a professional draftsman for my plans. After which I send an invitation for bids out and Mr. Jones/Construction Specialties declined to submit a bid with no rational. (approximate cost of service $40.00)

Description of Work: We got an estimate on a kitchen rennovation, with a design and estimate. We cannot afford to go ahead with the project immediately but will consider using their services when we are ready.

Description of Work: Design consultation went good. The CSI guy was receptive to our interests and worked up a pretty good 2-dimensional scaled drawing of what our room renovations would look like. this gives us a better idea of how we can re-arrange the rooms.

Description of Work: I purchased the 2-D room addition plan and then we ended up hiring CSI to actually construct our room addition. They are fantastic to work with - very friendly and professional. All their staff and subs are very attentive to detail, great craftsman and just nice people. The room addition is beautiful. We would definitely call them and use them again.
