I've had an AC & Heating maintenance plan with them for about two years, and I can't begin to tell you how much these regular check-ups of my 16 year old system have helped keep my family cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Definitely one of the best investments I've made. They send a picture of the technician that will be servicing your unit before they arrive. All the technicians we've seen have been highly professional, knowledgeable and just really good folks. They were great as usual. We had an issue with the heat going off and the owner came and found the problem a while back and fixed it for the time. Said we needed a new board. He called and gave us a price. We decided to wait until the fall to replace. Got cold faster then we expected and the heat worked for a few days but then kicked off again. Called Mike and he came and as soon as we needed him. Universal board didn’t work so ordered specific part for our heater and didn’t charge us any more. They are easy to get a hold of, and although I don’t trust repair people easily, I trust them. They are also masking up before coming into your house to be safe. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t believe any of these reviews. My story below is probably more like it: Selling my house the buyers real estate agent used this company to do the HVAC inspection. The below quote for what needed to be fixed: *Disconnect installation with wiring $170.00 *One time tune up $110.00 *Rehang ductwork under home $250.00 *Vent cleaning $10.00 per boot *Indoor Evaporator coil $800.00 under warranty The way I read this and I think most people would is that the “indoor evaporator coil“ is under warranty. I agreed to the work thinking the $800 is covered but when I got the bill for the work done it was $1430 with the $800 on the bill. I called the owner Mike about the issue. He tried to explain that the $800 was for the labor and the actual coil was under warranty. I explained how I understood the quote and that it was very deceiving. I’m not a HVAC professional. How am I supposed to assume that is for labor? I explained that if I knew that it would cost $800 I would have forgone the coil and just done the rest of the work. Instead of being helpful and understanding I was told that if I didn’t pay he would put a lean on my house. After getting no where with him I spoke to my realtor who contacted the buyers realtor who contacted him. He said he would take half off the $800. The only reason he took off half is because he gets a lot of business from the agent that set up the inspection. I still didn’t feel like this was fair as It put my tight budget in jeopardy and I wouldn’t have agreed on the first place, so I tried to reach out to him to discuss it further. After emailing him twice and not getting a response or revised bill of any sort, I reached back out to my realtor about the situation. He contacted the owner and he sent him a revised bill still with only half off the coil I wouldn’t have wanted in the first place. Being stuck in this situation and not wanting the lean he threatened or a hit to my credit I reluctantly paid the bill. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They are deceptive, unreceptive and quite frankly rude.

They did a fantastic job. Very professional and completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves very well. They kept their word on date of install and time to complete the project. They ha w also done a few repairs to other units and installed 2 mini splits for us. Very good work.
