Great customer service Arrived when promised.. crew was very professional.

We had Shaun come to our home about 6 months ago to help us reprogram our security cameras and he was here less then 30 mins and service was excellent. Well yesterday our systems were giving us an issue, we immediately called Shaun, he gave us a quote over the phone and was able to fit us in today for a new camera system. Huge difference camera wise and quality. Lester came to do the install and was very professional and courteous. Shaun came later to go over the system and once again was very professional and courteous to us. Didn't make us feel like a customer or another order placed but more like we were their family. We HIGHLY recommend these guys and their company . They definately are now a part of ours. Larry and April

Shawn did a great job trouble shooting through some additional issues we had with our old cameras. He assisted us with the set up of the app. We would highly recommend camera kings and will be using them from now on.

Got the company Camera Kings off this website based on reviews. Thus I feel that in order to help someone else - I also need to leave a review. Camera Kings (Shaun) contacted me and we set up a date/time to come out and view what needed to be completed. One day to view the project and one day to install. The gentleman that actually came to the house was Brian, and he was very professional and knowledgeable in his workmanship. He installed (hard-wired) two RING flood light cameras on my home in less than 3 hours. When I checked his work in the attic -- it looked as if the house was built with that security feature. He went up that ladder numerous times to adjust the camera angle and ensure the surveillance area was exactly what I wanted to see. He took the time to ensure everything worked properly before he left. Very good!! Top of the line!! Highly recommend this company to anyone that needs security camera work done on their home.

Shaun is absolutely the best. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere! I had a slightly unusual project, yet he was able to satisfy my request; obtained exactly the type of indoor surveillance equipment I wanted and did installation to perfection. He is polite, professional and an expert in his field . I plan to use him again for another project.

Shawn Powell scheduled an installation and overview of my security system for 5/14/2021 and he was here promptly on that day. He had to detour on his way to my house but he texted me to let me know he was delayed. Shawnâ s customer service is impeccable. When he got to my house I had on my mask, he respected my home and put his on. When he had everything installed he gave me all the instructions I needed to use my system. If you want great customer service, a professional installer and top of the line security system for an affordable cost, Shawn is your man. I highly recommend him.
