It went very well.

For the first appointment, she was close to 20 minutes late-said she had to go to a store to either do a Christmas purchase or an exchange, and that is why she was late. Talked to her on Thursday and she said the blinds might be in the next day on Friday and if so, they would install them on Friday (the next day). I told her I would call the next day (Friday morning) to see if they were in. When I called I received a voice mail they were closed that day. Accordingly, I e-mailed her and she e-mailed me back to say she was not working that Friday because it was her anniversary. Whey didn't she tell me that the day before? Then she e-mailed me to say they would be installed on Monday at 10:00 am. If they were not in on Friday, how could they be installed on Monday morning? When she did get here on Monday, there was no apology and she spoke with my husband but ignored me until I asked a question. I suppose she was avoiding me because I had told her in my e-mail I was very disappointed to hear they would not be installed on Friday. I will definitely give her credit for being very familiar with her products. However, the blind are thinner than we thought they would be and the sun really comes through them, unlike the other ones we had. These blinds are for our sunroom. For the price we are very satisfied and they look nice. If it had been me, I would have called initially to let the client know I was going to be late, and I would have let the client know I would not be working on Friday.

The service was exceptional!! Debra was professional, punctual and starting from choosing the right shades, taking measurements, and doing the installation everything went smoothly like clockwork. The best part was Debra has good knowledge and insight when it came to choosing the right color and type of shades and keeping my budget under consideration, she gave great suggestions. My home looks beautiful, is child proof and I couldn't be happier.

I loved Blinds N More. This was the second time I used them. I called them back because they did a fantastic job the first time so they provided blinds on the west side of my home and I wanted blinds on the east side of my home. They did such a great job of providing all the options available to me. They brought all of the resources in terms of catalogs and finishes. Everything that I wanted to touch and see that I'd be making choices on for materials they brought with them. Compared to the other company that came out they really showed me all of my options. It's like the base model of a car compared to the luxury model. I knew what I might be paying for each one of them and I really felt they gave me the full options. It turned out what I chose had a slight improvement off the base model that has really made a big difference in the rooms that I did the window treatments on. It was awesome. The colors would be different, the textures would be different and when you are talking about something that takes up 12 feet of a wall that's a lot. I love how it turned out. When people come into that room now they notice a difference in a good way. The sales representative's name was Lee and he was the person that did my estimate and order the first time so he was the same guy coming back. He knew my home and what I was looking for with the one side, so to have that continuity was helpful. I didn't have to re-explain to him what I wanted. This may be another project on my list and instead of trying to bombard me with trying to do everything for a monstrous price he took the time to find out what I wanted to get done first and where my priority was. He had a take it one project at a time approach, which is exactly the kind of do-it-yourself type person that I am. Blinds N More subcontracts for certain things so I showed him what I liked and the contractor came in and popped it in. I was happy with the material options I was given and the range of prices was from dirt cheap to way past my budget and I found something I could live with in between. They definitely want your business. They are very responsive to what you want and they showed up on time. There were never any phone calls about why they couldn't be there. They stayed until we got done talking about things and even at the expense of his wife getting upset because he missed dinner. They are really flexible with the customers needs. He made sure he came out after my work was done for the day and stayed until it was done despite his situation. Lee has been at every end of the business, from the guy that installed it, the guy who measured it, the guy who takes the order, I think he's really run a lot of pieces of the business for them and he was really well versed in the decisions I had to make and also made it easy for the guys that came out to install it. Everything was lined up for them to do it right the first time. I would just say Lee is a pretty valuable guy in their food chain. Blinds N More are pretty large and for some reason when company gets bigger they aren't as focused on attention to detail, but for some reason the ones that service Columbia did it right the first time. Kudos to Lee he did a great job. If I have anything with window treatment I am going to go to Blinds N More because their price is good and their service is awesome.

Called based on Angies List reviews. Debra came out and based on our needs, gave us recommendations. We had already had another company out here who was very professional, but didn't have exactly what we wanted on the porch. BlindsNmore recommended exactly what we were looking to accomplish, and her pricing overall was a little less than first company. About a month later she came and installed everything. Have been very pleased except for one minor problem, which probably is not their fault. The lithium batteries on 3 of the 6 remote controlled blinds in den have gone bad in just 4 months. The blinds have only been lowered and retracted maybe 3 times total. About $20 to replace each set of batteries, $60 total. Hope this is not normal or it could be very expensive to operate. Very good experience and trusted Debra completely. Would definitely use BlindsNmore again and highly recommend them.

BlindNmore is a family owned business that I found on Angie's list. The proprietor, consulted with my wife and I in our home, and gave us some great ideas for high quality custom shades and blinds that would fit within our budget. She worked with her vendor to come up with window valances for the master bedroom that were customized to our specifications and fit nicely within our budget. When all the shades were available, Debra and her assistant arrived promptly as scheduled to do the installation. It all went well, but there were two damaged items that had to be reordered. Debra took care of that, and the replacement items were a perfect match for the shades already installed. Debra was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The price for this service was reasonable, and included an Angie's List discount and discount for cash payment. I would recommend BlindNmore, and feel that Debra provides a great service at a reasonable price.

Debra and her husband installed 12 blinds in our home. The blinds are a beautiful walnut tone real wood with beige tapes. They are very beautiful and have added not only privacy, but a rich, warm look to the house. The estimate was more than reasonable. They have a small, but efficient, operation and no overhead. They pass that savings on to the customer. The measuring was precise and there were no problems with the installation. Blinds N More are professional installers of blinds and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Debra was prompt in returning my initial call and showed up as scheduled to take measurements and show me fabric samples, etc. The estimate was provided promptly as promised. The price was a little higher than I had hoped, but after shopping around, it was competitive and the quality of the products is very good. Unfortunately, the wrong fabric was ordered for the Roman Shades. But, Debra stepped up and re-oredered in the correct fabric. She did a great job installing the shades and the cellular blind and they all look great. I will definitely consider calling her again when I am ready to do additional window treatments.

Customer service was great.

We wanted Plantation Shutters installed in some of the windows in our house. We got two estimates: one from Barnette's and one from Blinds N More. We were SO impressed with Debra--her knowledge and her careful attention to detail; her price was also excellent. She came to our house to give us an initial estimate, and then again to carefully measure with a laser. She installed them all today, and they are perfectly gorgeous! We are very pleased!Can't say enough good things about this experience!

We had shades put in and replaced our plantation shutters. They are imaginative. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She is a great decorator and was timely and also reasonable. We would absolutely use her for again for more work when needed.
