Work started the same day as the visit for estimate. Rick took grat care in sanding the patched wall to keep the dust to a minimum. After letting the patch work dry and the first coat of paint on the exterior door dry, Rick returned to paint the interior walls as well as a 2nd coat of paint on the exterior door..

The Andy on Call employee, Rick, was punctual (early actually) and was prepared to complete the jobs. I would not hesitate recommending this company for Handyman or Electrical services based on these experiences.

The guy came out and did just what I asked him to do.

The service was pretty good. He was very competitive price wise; which is why we went with him.

They did a good job. They fixed some plumbing problems with an outside faucet and fixed an outside outlet.

They are good. They are a general handyman company. The work they've done for me has been very good. I'm not really sure about the price.

The job went very well. He provided me with a quote before the job. He was up-front about everything. I felt confident in his work.

The guy who came out was pretty nice. He did half of what I needed him to do. I then realized that what they did was not really that important at all when I had another plumber come in. They also over charged me. I actually had them come in and give me an estimate for the second project, but they quoted me twice as much as what the other company quoted. They were really nice and seemed very knowledgeable, but the price was high. So I will never use them again.

All work was quoted and professionally performed.

They stated they could not guarantee the work. The leak was not repaired on either occasion. We contacted a professional roofer - he came out and repaired the leak in minutes and charged us $90 AND guaranteed the work. I can't speak to any other services this company offers, but DO NOT use them for roofing needs and send them away if they won't guarantee the repair.

They were good. It was a simple job though. They called, came out, and gave a reasonable price. The price was fine. If I had a long ladder I could do it, but the quality of work was good. My overall experience was good and I had no problems. I would use them in the future.

I had this company come in to remount a toilet and they seemed decent. The rep from Andy on Call was very prompt, and came out to evaluate my job the same day I placed the call. He looked over the work, called his office and began quoting prices for me. I was completely awestruck when he told me he would need 105$ to remove a bathroom faucet. For all the labor, materials not included, the inital quote was 2,100. He came down to 1,800 after seeing my reaction to his quote, and told me I wouldn't find a better price than that. The second company I called for an estimate quoted me the much much (did I say much?) lower price of $800. Obviously, I went with the second company. I am now very suspicious of Andy on Call and will not be calling them again or recommending them to my friends or family. I suggest they take a look at thier competition for guidance.

Install was poorly done and while the new disposal leaked away underneath the kitchen sink, Andy On Call was apparently "Andy Out To Lunch" . In short, the shoddy workmanship led to water damage beneath my sink and I had to find another service to come out and fix PROPERLY. I paid this service for the parts used and not for the labor (as I later had to pay someone else to fix their work as they were unavailable). I have , for months now, been harrassed by their "bill collector" to pay for the poor work they did AND to pay for the parts that I did in fact pay for. Not only were these parts paid for (in FULL), but Andy On Call cashed the check I sent AND then has proceeded to to have their bill collector pursue me for the money they have already received. Apparently, they have decided after the fact to mark up the parts by 100%?? Completely horrible experience and I would not let them near my house with so much as a screwdriver. As a side note, as they are probably no more than a sloppy couple of people sitting behind a desk eating candy and calling other subcontractors who are trying to make an honest living.I would recommend cutting the middle service (Andy On Call) out and finding a contractor directly. Not only are they rude to deal with, but basically (per the sub-contractors) charge a ridiculous rate, pocket a nice chunk, and give the rest to a contractor that apparently may or may not know what the heck they are doing. I would dare suggest that their screening process is at best ineffective.as they clearly sent a contractor to fix something that he lacked the skills to do properly. Suffice to say that you are paying this service merely to answer phones and call someone else AS WELL as a separate contractor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Great! Serviceman arrived with all the necessary tools and quickly accomplished the task. He made sure everything worked as needed to include making sure the internal codes for each fan were different so the remote for one didn't interfere with the workings of the others. He cleaned up after himself and showed great respect for our house and its furnishings.

I have always been satisfied with their work. If there are ever any problems they will come back to fix it to your satisfaction.

Did not use this time. Might try again in future. I know will all are not perfect and maybe he was having a bad day.

I think the price was high, but I did not have time to get other estimates. They did a great job. They knew what they were doing. It ended up being a difficult job. They came right out and got the job done well. They were very professional. They actually have people answering the phones and helping out, which I appreciate. They even made a follow-up call. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Mr. Johnson came out as promised each day, usually arriving at least ten minutes prior to the scheduled time. He walked through every step of the process with me, informing me at the end of each day's work as to his progress and detailing what he planned to accomplish the following day. He was respectful of my time and my space, making sure not to inconvenience me more than was absolutely necessary. There were drop cloths and plastic covering everything. Before he left the last time he asked me again to check behind him and make sure it looked the way I wanted it to. He asked that if I had a problem with him or the work at anytime would I please call the company or him personally and he would come right back out and fix the problem. His comment was that he knew I would have people over who would know I had the work done and he wanted me to be able to say I was happy, his work would stand as his advertisement. I got his business card to pass along to others!

Overall, the company returned calls in a timely manner, provided a written estimate--key word: estimate--with costs upon the first meeting, and our assigned handyman, David was usually on time. We were not satisfied with the communication--he often complained about how "hard the work was"--?--and we thought he would purchase and deliver all materials--we had to rush to purchase a window we didn't want because David said he was installing ASAP. You need to be SURE to include every detail in your job description--e.g., David wrote on job description: "Frame for AC, need measurement" and told me to call a buddy of his who wanted to charge $3,500 (no kidding) for heat/ac in my 7x8 room. Later, David asked me for another $100 payable to him, directly, for "installing the AC unit" I purchased. He said AOC would charge me more. Unethical? We ended up painting and doing the floor (my uncle came to help) & found his finishing work sloppy--some edges don't meet, missing caulk in various spots...

He came in and did his job fast and very well. Interacting with my 3 year old the whole time. We are getting more estimates for other jobs.

Handyman Roger Anderson showed up on time for estimate. Stayed and completed the installation. Charged as estimated. Worked through a rain storm. Job completed satisfactory; even hauled off the cartons & packing material. Highly recommend this handyman.

After two attempts to get someone out here, we finally got a man to do the work. He came on time and was very professional and polite. He did the job in an hour and a half and did it well. He gave us a reasonable estimate and $20 off that. I would hire him again but not the other man who I never saw(twice). The company can get a bad reputation with the first man. Ken was on time and did just what we paid for. Ken is an asset to the company. Keep him working.

Excellent service by Thomas. He's very professional and I was happy with the final product. I think the price was a bit steep, but I needed the work done, so overall, I'm happy.
