All Star Platinum Detailing and cleaning service

I did not use this vendor, because they were not responsive. The first time I called, I left a message. Never received a return call. The second time I called, no answer. I didn't bother leaving a message, since it seemed returning calls is not part of how they conduct business. The third attempt was through texting of which I could not get a confirmed date and time. As a business owner myself, I do not understand why a business would want to conduct themselves this way. I have no intention of patronizing them or recommending them to anyone.

When I contacted them after reading the reviews on Angie's List and I thought that I'd give them a shot. I was in a situation that I needed the services to be done rather quickly and they did it!. When it came time to return my vehicle to me, my schedule was unpredictably delayed for many hours and this company accommodated that! Not only did they accommodate the short list of details that I thought, but because they know their business, they knew what would be best given the circumstances and I listened to their opinion and the suggestions, which were beneficial to me and would help with the trade in estimates.... They detailed the engine, steam cleaned the carpets including removing paint spots that had been sitting for approximately 6 months... They removed a few stickers from the windows, polished up the step rails, tires and even refinished the and quot;grilland quot; from where and quot;rocks came up and chipped the paint awayand quot; Upon return of the vehicle, my schedule was delayed several hours and these guys were very accommodating! When I saw it I was They suggested to clean the headlights and a couple of other things and it looks absolutely great! I've taken a few pictures to show you how great the car looks. This is a 2008 vehicle and for it to look this great, its due to the detailing work! This company is a company that values personal integrity and character and its clearly shown in their work. Being a disabled female veteran I have to be careful who I pick...and this is one company that I will to perform work in the future!

Our 2004 SUV has been ridden hard and it showed. We've used it to haul stuff to the dump, to carry large items and bags of dirt and transport plants. The cloth upholstery was stained and generally in need of a good detailing. I've never had a car detailed and didn't know what to expect, so I was a bit surprised at the cost. HOWEVER, if ever there was a service worth every penny, this is it. The transforming was shocking. This vehicle looks like it did the day I drove it from the dealership 9 years ago. Marvin is a great guy. All business, but a real entrepreneur who believes in hard work and giving the customer his money's worth.

Great family owners. You can't help but love Diane (phone answering/house cleaning) as she is responsive, polite and considerate. Her husband, who deals with the cars, is also a wonderful man. Lots of kids run around the shop asking you for quarters - but if you have a good attitude, it's just fine. The only thing you have to look out for is responsiveness and punctuality. The only thing I was specific in asking them to do was my moldy seat-belts. It was forgotten, but when they dropped the car off I couldn't help but be happy since all else was so nicely done. I was told they would come back for my car to do the seat belts as I had requested but I have called 5 times in regards this and still have moldy seat belts. Make a list of anything specific you want done and leave it in the driver's seat as you drop off your car - that way they won't forget. DROP OFF AND PICK UP YOURSELF if you want them to work on your car, or you'll spend a bunch of time scheduling and nothing may happen.

it is very rare to find a service organization that greatly exceeds expectations. All Star Platinum did exactly that! They detailed my boat and did an outstanding job. They came to my dock and brought all their supplies and equipment. My wife is VERY hard to please, and she was impressed and happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them and will defintely be calling on them again. They made my boat look better than it did in the showroom when I first got it new. If you need detailing service, your search has just ended; call All Star. You will be glad you did!

Truely Fantastic Service. They provide Free Pick Up and Delivery. They provided the Best Detailing Job that I have ever had. I have a Classic 1996 Chrevrolet Impala SS and I plan to keep it forever. The quality of detailing is very important and they went far beyond what I expected. We just moved here from the Chicago, Illinois Far Western Suburbs. The detailing shops there were not even close to the quality of service provided by AllStar Platinum Detailing and Cleaning Service. I wil go there every year; and will have them wash, clean and wax the car six months after detailing.

I would recommend them. It was a family oriented service. Everyone was welcoming and they did a beautiful job. The price was even better. I've had my car done other places before and the price was more and the job wasn't even half as good. They are busy. I'm signed up for a monthly contract with them.
