In business since 1990, the company has had three different names....Floyd Holmes- Builder/ Renovator, Action Roofing, Painting, Home Repairs(We were going into the yellow pages and wanted to be closer to the top of the list), Now, Action Services to better reflect the diversity of the company. In the past, 90% of our clients were referred to us or were repeat customers. Now we are stepping up our campaign to increase our roofing business. Our future depends on your satisfaction! We are not members of the Better Business Bureau, nor do we need to be. If we have any disputes with our customers, we work with them directly to resolve any issues they may have with us. You CAN contact the BBB about the reputation of our company. Since we are not members, they would not report any positive comments about us, but they will report any adverse reports or comments about us. There are none to report. We strive to give the customer the quality they deserve for their hard-earned money.
