Aaa Well Drilling

WONDERFUL!!!!! I called and left message. Promptly returned my call and set up time for crew to come and check on my well and pump. The well and pump originally served as water for the home and later served as irrigation. There was no water and when there was it was orange. The crew arrived led by Cody. First they found a wiring problem - corrected that so the breaker box wouldn't trip. Then they pulled the pump but not before completely informing me of cost and what they were doing. My pump was broken, over 20 years old, and there were several connections in the piping that were corroded and leaking. All were repaired and a new pump installed with warranty. The crew came clean and left dirty after over three hours of wrangling the 100 ft of piping and pump installation. They were super nice and just great at their work. They seemed to really enjoy what they were doing.

I knew nothing about the feasibility or cost for such a project. I spoke with a very nice person on the phone who outlined parameters for producing a well and cost factors. Then I made an appt and one of the engineers came to my house. Everyone involved in this transaction was superb, professional and provided accurate, honest information. The engineer advised against the project and provided a comprehensive summary of why the drilling process would likely produce significant environmental damage to my residential neighborhood. It was the kind of experience that made me want to have them do something because I was so impressed. A class act.

The representative arrived, looked at my situation, and gave a thorough explanation of what was involved. He was quite frank and very professional, giving me what I needed. Together we decided the drilling process would create too much damage for my neighborhood, when weighed against the likely benefits. There was no charge and I was very satisfied. It's always gratifying to work with a pro. If I ever needed a well, this is who I would call.

Pump recycled frequently after installation, but AAA came back the next day to pull pump, which apparently had debris in the check valve. Also installed an additional check valve above the new pump. Pump is now working fine. AAA was very responsive in dealing with the problem that developed; came back two times.

We discovered late last night (around midnight) that we had no water. After my husband checked our house bladder and found that it had no water in it, we knew it was the well and probably the pump. My husband called AAA Well Drilling's emergency number early this morning (that was provided in their voice message), and within a very short time, we received a call from Jill with AAA explaining they would be here today, but most likely this afternoon after church, which was no problem at all. However, we received a call from Jay shortly after Jill's call and he was here close to noon! We were relieved and delighted at the prompt and professional response. Jay and Zack quickly went to work and discovered the culprit - the well pump, as we had feared it might be, and had it replaced inside of two hours! I want to note that the pump was a 160 ft submersible pump too, and it was not a simple pull out of the ground job. We had already been told by Jill the approximate cost of replacing a well pump, so we would not be shocked, so we understood the cost. This is something you can't wait around on and fix it later. You just don't realize how much you take for granted the simple things we use everyday, and water is at the top of that list - until you don't have it! We were both very impressed and pleased with the professionalism, promptness in responding and arriving at our house, and the very pleasant nature of the gentlemen who got us up and running again! They also checked our house bladder and made sure the pressure was correct and there were no leaks. They found it to be in perfect working order, and I believe the adjustment that was made has provided us with the best water pressure we have had since we moved here almost 13 years ago! I will be sure to tell all of my neighbors about AAA Well Drilling for their well repair needs. (I did not mention before, but all of the homes in our neighborhood in the Corley Mill Road area have wells, and most of them are between 15-20 years old.) One more thing - the pump motor has a two year warranty as well. I would recommend AAA in a heartbeat!

Got home from trip on the evening of Jan 3 to find out I had no water. Found Aaa on Angies list and gave them a call. They returned my call in short order and said someone would be out the next day. Alex showed up the next morning and I figured it would be at a premium being it was on a Sunday. Alex determined the pump was bad and gave me a more then fair estimate of what the cost would be. He replaced the schedule 40 pipe with schedule 80 and ran all new electrical and a new pressure switch. Alex worked on it in the rain was very professional and removed all the old pipe and wire. I would highly recommend Aaa to anyone needing well work.

AAA installed our well 20 years ago. The pump finally went out today. Replacement was expensive but if I get service out of this pump like the first one we'll be just fine. They responded very fast on a cold Saturday morning and came equipped to complete the job. Joey and Zach were a pleasure to deal with and were were professional.

They dispatched two Service Tech's with 4 hours and quickly assessed the problem as a hole in the main water line coming from the pump. They replaced the damaged pipe and water was restored within 20 minutes. The AAA Service Tech's were very knowledgeable and professional.

Great service explained all option Joey was very helpful.

They were very prompt on coming. When they arrived, they were equipped and had all the parts needed to do the complete job. I would highly recommend their services!

Could not get anyone to call me back to schedule appointment, although they told me they would 3 different times.

Well had compromised service for about 2 weeks, New Years Eve it stopped working altogether. I called AAA today (1/2/13) at around 8-9AM and they worked me into their schedule. They came to the house around 4:30 and quickly had assessed the problem as a bad submersible pump. By 6PM the pump was replaced and water was restored and working. The AAA guys were very professional. They obviously knew their work well and quickly had the problem fixed. We will definitly use them again if we have any other issues with our well or water.

These people are very busy so it may take a while to get them out. However, when they arrived, they knew what they were doing and did a professional job. Afterwards, it took a while to finish the cleanup but they did finish it, even after payment! All of the people I met or talked with were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very helpful. The total project cost exactally what they said it would.
