My wife heard our pipes making noise from time to time and wanted a plumber to check it out. We had used AAA before and called them. I was at work and the plumber came, did an inspection and found nothing wrong. He then told my wife it would be a good idea to replace the float mechanics in each of our toilets. I had replaced two of the three already and they did not need replacing. It was as if he created work to make the trip worth wild.

These guys were great. Professional service, went above and beyond to ensure that things were done right. Really cared about the customer and the job. You cannot ask for better- I would go to these guys first if you have plumbing issues. Excellent down the line.

I called AAA very late on Friday 11/15/2013 expecting to get no answer thank God a very pleasant voice answered and I explained my problem. Through thurough effort on AAA's part they were able to schedule a visit for 08:30 AM (Saturday) the next morning. I was expecting to pay weekend rates expecting to spend at least $500.00 for potential parts and servies needed. When I arrived at my proptery to meet the AAA technician the HVAC unit came on and worked... I immediately called AAA to explain and was concerned I was going to be billed for a weedend service call. AAA was very understandind and I agreed to have them perform routine maintence and inspection on the system i was not preassured into this it was totally my call. Gary D. was the technician I can not say enough good Gary was professional, pleasant, and thurough. I spent $200.00 for this visit and will have another visit in the late spring to review the system prior to summer covered under this $200 expenditure. I found AAA by a reference from a good friend who has used AAA;s plumbin service with great results. I don't know therse guys non of my family works there and they aren't paying me to write this! Great experince wish all contractor's were like AAA.

My experience working with them was very good. They were just easy to talk to. I could talk right with the owner and the people were pleasure to work with. There was a little issue after they left but they came right back and fixed it so that was good.

Once they had to take a part out and order a part and replace it. They did that and they were very good. I would recommend them to anybody. It was a $60 fee, but because I have an American home shield it was covered by that. They were courteous, they came in, did their work and left everything clean. They ordered the part gave me a call and made arrangements for a secondary appointment and everything worked fine. The quality was superb.

On time, on schedule, worked quickly and efficiently. AAA Electric will deffinitely do additional work for us.

I have a home warranty program, and my deductible is 100 dollars, so that's what I paid. AAA sent out a guy named Anthony. He was actually a little early for the appt. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed pretty soon. I don't think it was complicated, but he was really good about explaining to me what was wrong and how he was fixing it. Again, timely, good service, and a great attitude toward his work. He also was glad to answer other (and unrelated) questions I had about the house and its wiring.
