All went according to plan. Good company supplying top notch security equipment and monitoring services.

Representative promptly returned my call, came out the next day. Told me that the current system required a land line but that cell reception was good enough to switch it to a cell phone. He also taught me how the system worked. The technician came the next day to change a board on my system and again explain how the system worked. Both individuals were very polite, professional, and efficient. Front office was very responsive to my request that I be billed via email

The system was already installed in our home when we purchased it, so Protec came out, inspected it, and ever since we have stayed with them and had them monitor our home. We have not once had the alarm go off for any reason. I would not use another alarm company over Protec. They are highly rated in the area and I have heard nothing but good things about them.

Protec Security has provided the monitoring of our home alarm system for about a year. The system works well, and we have had no false alarms. They are connected to the local police and fire departments which make us feel even safer.

Protech has been my alarm service provider for about five years. They tend to do a great job keeping everything going good. They will do occasional service checks, but, usually only if I want them to. They do not demand them or anything. I feel pretty safe. Then again, I never encountered any problems as far as break ins or anything. I am confident they would be here or at least have the police here if such a thing would happen.

You will not believe this when I tell you. This security system is just totally awesome. This company is the type of company that will just bend over backwards for you. The system cost $1200, but it included the motion detectors, key pad, and free monitoring directly to the police station. I paid $0 for this system. It is great. All I had to do was sign a three year contract at $30 a month, and that is it. I am just amazed. I never had a problem with anything yet, and I am one pleased and satisfied customer.

Protec installed our alarm system about seven years ago and has been monitoring it ever since. They do service calls if needed, but no regular inspections. They are open 24/7 and can be counted on in any emergency.
