Very polite and kept me informed about delivery and install.

I did not rate the quality of work since I have no seen it. Home Advisor forced me to rate them and I think that is unfair to both parties. Sight unseen I could not give them a low mark It is a rental property that they did. and I live out of town. Service was very quick and they kept in contact with me along the way. First cut was high grass and it was a fair price and their weekly price is good.

They were on time and did the work as promised. Great attitude.

I needed my sprinkler system reworked. These men got to my home and gave me an assessment of my job at a fair price. They did the work on the spot. I am pleased with their work and would use them in the future.

I had an appointment for an estimate but 2 workers came and said they would do the work now. The $90 cost was fine. I showed them around the house outside. They used a high-powered blower from the roof. I had moved the deck furniture away from the roof but the mess was astounding. It took 1/2 hour to clear the gutters and then one used the same blower to get the worst of the mess off the deck. However, the gray deck was now brown and everything was covered with bits of leaves and small branches! I told them to use a hose and gave them my pressure nozzle. Well, after they left it took me an hour and a half to salvage the deck. I had also asked them to clean the debris off the siding in front of the house and remove the debris on the roof that was caught in the valleys where one angle of the roof met another. It looked bad. They refused. One of the workers said it was because my gutters were dirty and full of leaves! So why would I hire someone to clean out the gutters if they were not dirty? These guys need to clean up the mess they make and not be in such a rush to move on to the next customer. I would not use this company again. How they got such high ratings is a mystery to me.

I hired J&I Landscaping to install a sprinkler project, and from the beginning have been impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. They take great pride in their work and will always do what they say. In the process, they even go above and beyond. I plan to retain them for all future outdoor projects because they were so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

They arrived when they said they would. I was a little skeptical because their price quote was about $800 cheaper than the previous quote and they even threw in a French drain on each side of my house. I had a irrigation system installed in the front and backyard and they replaced the sod in the front Yard. I wish they could have been a little more clean with the digging because I am dealing with mud everywhere they dug in the back yard but eventually the grass will grow over now that it s getting watered regularly. The curb appeal has increased 300% IMO. I have been getting rave reviews since they finished the job. You will not be disappointed.

They came out and gave a great estimate. We hired them and Isabel sent an email saying they d be at our house the next morning. The yard looks great. We will definitely use them again.
