JERRY'S USED APPLIANCES

LG contacted Jerry's Used Appliances to check on our Non-Functioning Dryer since they were an authorized repair center for LG. It took them about 5 days to get out to our home. When they came to the house they were in an old un-marked pickup truck and I didn't know who they were when they knocked on the door. After they identified themselves they took my dryer apart and realized it was missing a part. They said they would order the part and be back in a day or so. After 3 days I decided to contact them to find out what was going on. Left a message with a secretary who said she would have someone call me. Two days later I call again, left a message, nobody called. I called multiple times for 2-3 weeks trying to figure out what was going on but was constantly givin the run around. I then called LG back again and had an entirely new company come out who realized he ordered a part that was still in the dryer. The part I needed was a completely different part that had no relation to the part Jerry's Used Appliances ordered or said they ordered from LG. So, Needless to say I warn everyone from calling Jerry's Used Appliances. They totally rank F in every aspect of business.
