Very good! The price was the same as everybody else. They were very professional and they came out and did a very good clean up job.

Overall It went well. The they showed a week later than they were suppose to begin but the rain may have the reason for the delay however I didn't receive a call to let me know. They showed up at my door at 6:45 am without notice but I was glad to see them because I had been waiting a while to get the job done (no fault to William's). The foreman did apologize and was very professional. They got started and completed the job that same evening.

It was easy, I called their office, asked for quote, recieved quick estimate (24 hours), awarded them the contract and work was completed with in the week. I am very happy with the work performed.

Here are the details. A new roof was installed by Williams Roofing Company by the previous owner in June 2010 at the cost of $11,235.00. I purchased the home in November 2010 and paid a higher price because it had a new roof and I felt it would be 10 or 15 years before I would need to replace the roof again. The roof began leaking in February 2013 less than 3 years after installation. I began contacting Williams Roofing in February. They came and did repairs to the roof on three occasions. The roof continues to leak and this is August. There is water damage to the inside of my home including damage to the floors, ceiling and interior walls.. I attempted to work with Mr. Chris Williams about this problem however he became irate and slanderous because I refused to pay $600.00 for repairs that did not stop the roof leak. The Better Business Bureau has three complaints filed against Williams Roofing and my compaint is number four. They still have this company with an A+ rating when I last checked on August 12, 2013. The Better Business Bureau's rating system leaves much to be desired. They rate Williams A+ with four complaints filed against them. Fortunately they don't rate investment bonds! Don't waste your time filing a complaint with the BBB. In my opinion they should be called the BBA for Bad Business Advocate. After two months, all the while my roof is leaking whenever it rains, the BBB has closed my complaint with no action against this company. Workers came at three weeks later than salesman had said work would begin. Roofing foreman called Sunday evening to say they would begin the following morning. When they didn't show up, I called the office. Workers showed up and parked a large trailer behind my garage, did no work other than leave a lot of junk in my drive and yard. They did not return until two days later, leaving my garage door blocked the entire time. Work was not completed until Saturday evening. It rained frequently all week, but the roofers would take off the minute it started raining and not return, even though the rain had stopped. I had to repeatedly ask the workers not to block my garage, but had trouble communicating with them. On Wednesday, the salesman started calling to ask for payment. He called me twice more, long before the job was even close to being completed. Workers left heavy wrought iron table and chairs tat had been on the deck on the lawn, two boxes of junk in the backyard, trash and roofing nails I'm still finding. Finally, charged several hundred dollars more than the estimate.

It took several working days for the estimator to get to my house and review the job requirements. It took several more working days before I actually received an estimate. The price was reasonable but I chose not to use Williams Roofing & Gutters.

My washer/dryer is in my master closet. The vent pipe from the dryer extends through the attic to the roof. With all the rain we have been experiencing, a crack in the pipe flange was causing water to run down the outside of the pipe, and into my closet ceiling, and dripping on my clothes. . Mike, from Williams Roofing, arrived, assessed the problem and immediately went to work correcting it. Since I had described the problem on the phone, he already had the materials to fix the problem...no need for a return visit. It was fixed within 30 minutes.

It was a good experience. The foreman when I went outside to see what was going on he took the time to tell me what they were doing and why they were doing what they they were doing. Kept me informed. They were very friendly. They were reasonable and they did a good job.

Update from October 2013: Our roof was eventually repaired again -- patched in the spots where the roof was still leaking. They eventually repaired and cleaned the soffits, too. The lead man who came to the site was the person to talk to. Not sure we will use Williams Roofing in the future, but we're glad they eventually took care of us. 7/10/13: At the end of last week, our roof is leaking again. We called them back and they said they would be sending somebody out on Monday. My stayed home from work to wait for them but nobody showed up so we called them back. They under quoted us about $140 for extra plywood and I think they are still waiting for that but they haven?t finished repairing the top bit on our roof. They need to come out and they are not really following up with us. When they do come, they are actually earlier than they said they are going to come.

The thing we liked the most was they called us to let s know they were backed up due to all the rain we had been having. Then they came out and did it and we didn't even know it. It was nice to feel like they had our house in mind not just the money. It was a couple of days before they called to ask for their money. We wii need a new roof in a couple of years and we will definitely use Williams Roofing. We had called a couple other companies then looked on Angies list found them and are pleased with the work no more leaks and buckets to deal with.

The communication between the contractor and workers was poor. The roof was done quickly but after I had someone take a look at it, there were 10 exposed nails that needed fixing. Still finding roofing nails. I had asked for insulation under the siding and was talked out of it, then it showed up on the bill. I took the debris, including the gutters, to the dump, they did not. My kitchen trash can was taken and used for their use. Returned scratched and bent the next day. Spent a day cleaning up glass shards from every room after windows were installed. Actually had blood on inner window edges where they must have cut themselves. The window wall was the biggest nightmare. Two days with the same worker who could not make it work and put the handle on backwards. Finally had to wait another weekend until they could send out a different worker to fix the window wall since I refused to have the same men come out again. I just did not feel that they cared about my small home. My contact person was pleasant to deal with but I cannot say I would recommend the company.

It went amazing. I was and still am extremely impressed with the quality and work performance that Williams provided. They came out the next day and gave me a free quote that was in the price range if not lower then what I was looking to spend. The work was done in a timely and very professional manner. I would greatly recommend Williams Roofing & Gutter to anyone looking for an honest dependable company for your home improvement needs.

The work was performed by Mike Ianetta. Mr. Ianetta was careful, professional and very thorough. He noted a tiny gap in the siding around the chimney and went back up on the roof to add caulking there even though that was not technically "the roof." He pointed out that with the driving rain we have had recently, the tiniest gap could allow water to seep in and enlarge the gap. Mr. Ianetta is goal directed, gets to work, sticks with the job, and completes the repairs promptly and carefully. I'd recommend him and his company (Williams Roofing) to anyone who wants a quality repair job.

Had similar problems with another roofing company as well in Augusta area. I just don't get it! I called this provider for an estimate for a roof leak. A week later, I followed up because I never heard anything. 1 day, later someone called and said they were tied up and would get out as soon as they can, more than likely it would be Sunday. (which was 2 days later) Over a week has gone by and still no response. Extremely unprofessional not to follow up and keep potential clients aware. Have since gone with another very reputable company, that responded quickly, kept me inform and was a breeze to schedule service with.

They did a great job in a timely manner. Was very pleased and will definitely use them again. In fact, they are about to replace my roof.

I live in an older model single wide and with my old windows and doors, I was really wasting my energy for electricity! I called Williams and set an appointment for an estimator to come and give me an estimate on new windows and doors. The price was excellent!! I ask the estimator to go ahead and set the work up for that week. Within a few days they had the windows and doors ordered. I was notified that standard waiting time for the windows was approx. a week in a half which was fine with me. Sure enough the windows came in when the estimator told me they would. The crew was out and did an amazing job. They made sure they kept everything clean and they were fast. I would definetly use and recommend Williams again and again.

Williams roofing came out for an estimate and realized my roof had hail damage. They then proceeded to contact my insurance company with my permission and set up a meeting with an adjuster and the estimator. They handled all the work for me. The adjuster came out and met with Mr. Williams and then I was informed by my insurance company that I did, in fact have hail damage. With-in a few days the crew was at my home ready to do some work. I would recommend Williams to anyone who ask for a professional and prompt construction and roofing company. Thanks again Williams Roofing & Gutter!!
