 + -1 moreI was quoted a price of $29.99 for the service described above. The windows, including the windshield were not thoroughly cleaned. After the service was completed, I was informed the price would be 34.99. The service person mentioned the fact my car had not been cleaned for some time in the form of a question. I stated that it had not and that was the reason for coming to his business for a thorough cleaning. He made no mention that a quoted price would be changed based on what they determined was 'too dirty'. I felt they should have given me the opportunity to change my mind about their price change determination before performing the work. My car was sitting 5 or 6 feet from the service personnel who quoted the price of $29.99.... He surely had some idea of what the job would entail.........which is already $5 above their quoted pricing of 19.99/24.99! There was no trash, debris, spilled foods or drink inside my car!
