I've been a loyal customer of Williams Flooring for nearly two decades now - they've installed flooring in both my current and previous homes over the years. They have an incredibly wide selection of flooring options - tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl - you name it. Amanda, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and takes the time to go over your project in detail to help you pick what would work best. The installation work is top-notch. John and his team are true professionals who take great pride in their work. They treated my home with the utmost care and delivered a flawless flooring installation. You can tell they have an eye for detail and do the job right. After working with them for so long, I've come to really appreciate how Amanda and her team take the time to understand what you want and ensure you get it. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I wouldn't trust my flooring projects with any other company and highly recommend Williams Flooring!

I recommend Williams flooring to my sister & brother in law to install flooring in 80% of the house, that turned out to be a 10,000.00 job. There was a small chip in one of the flooring boards, when the sales rep came out to look at it she said that she would get back to them, several weeks later she finally called them to say that this was not covered in the warranty and that if they wanted it fixed it would cost between 75 to 100. Come on are you kidding me they just spend 10,000 and you can't fix a small chip? You haven't just lost them has future customers you lost me because I was going to hire you to install flooring through out my entire house and I will make sure all our friends and family know what lousy customer service we experienced.

I wasn't pleased with the company. The people that installed it did a good job. But, it took them a long time to get the material in. They came back four times. They didn't order the right products. The right products didn't come in. Then they didn't order enough of the right products. We like the flooring real well. The end job was good. Getting to the end job was the bad part. Cost was real high. The hallway is probably 10 ft by 3 ft. The living room is probably 20 by 14 and the dining room is about 10 by 12. They came when they said they would come. They called a few times and said that they weren't going to be in.

They did an excellent job. They installed the carpets when we first moved in and 16 years later, they re-installed carpets for us. It was a great job. I couldn't say enough about him. He even remarked that in two of the rooms, the carpeting really wasn't that bad but we decided to do it all at once. The price was $2,600.00 from start to finish including measuring and moving a furniture. We are going to call them out to also re-tile probably our laundry room when we're ready to do that. I've been very pleased with them both times. They were on time. When they move a heavy desk, they let me wash the wall behind it. They were very nice. The installers that they sent were wonderful. They 're very nice to work with. I don't think at this point I have anybody else change my flooring in the house.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Williams Flooring is our go to store for all of our flooring needs. Joe is great to work with.

The flooring between the living room and hall had cracks between them. I complained and they came and saw it. They changed it but it was still there. After that I haven't a word from them. My mother has left messages and calls. I called another person and the man told me that they had done it wrong. I would not use them in the future.
