SHS Construction built us a screened in back porch 12 years ago when the company was new. Excellent work and workman back then. Wanted to remodel our master bathroom & once again called on SHS Construction. They have only gotten better! Quality work, professional workmen, easy communication with contractor and on-site checks by him throughout project. Have worked with contractors when living in other states and SHS is by far the best. Highly recommend SHS for value, workmanship and knowledge.

Beware! Seth took a contract in March of 2024 to erect a standing roof. He was given a down payment, but finally after many promises to complete the work I hired another crew in October 2024. Seth refuses to provide a refund. He uses the weather as his excuse of not being able to complete the job, yet as made time for other jobs. Find a reliable contractor. And definitely don't give him a down payment. He will rob you. The contractor was given a like new Predator 9500 generator as a deposit for the work. These are $2300 new. The balance of the work of $8000 was to be paid upon completion. For anyone who would like to see emails to the fact, feel free to reach me at jshall6932@gmail.com . I have 8 months of emails promising I was next on his job list, only to be lied to and skipped over. Again, beware.

Seth really knows what he is doing and is very easy to work with. When he says he and his crew will be there to work, you can count on it. They stay on the job until it is done. His crew are all very experienced. We actually miss having them around they were so friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Seth and his staff for any remodel project. They are meticulous and are perfectionists. When something is not right, they take the time to fix it.

Seth and his employees have very high integrity and I would certainly hire them again if I have another project.

Me and my husband have wanted a carport addition for years, but have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past. SHS Construction was recommended to us, and we contacted them. From the very beginning, Seth was easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted, and communicated with us throughout the entire project making sure that we were pleased. Seth and his crew have been AWESOME. The only issue been with the cabinets that happened to be Nissi Home Renovations that I would recommend staying away from unless you want continued headaches. Hire SHS and let them do EVERYTHING. They are professional and come with a great price
