We had several issues with our pool and our Polaris Vacuum when we opened our pool this season. I originally began working with another provider in the Rock Hill area. After spending over $500 with the other provider with no change we decided to give Quality a try. The first thing I noticed is that their store is very neat, clean and inviting. All of their stock is right out front and visible. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me items I didn't need. They checked all of my chemical levels and then gave me simple instructions to follow for getting my pool back to normal. Once we got the pool back to blue, for much less than we wasted at the other place, we discovered we had issues with our Polaris Vac. We brought it in and they serviced it on-site and it was done within a few hours. After bringing it home we discovered it had another issue besides what I had asked them to fix. Again, they fixed it within a few hours on-site. When I got home another problem was discovered with the vac. When I called they walked me through a couple of things to try with no luck. Justin took special interest in this as he had worked on the vac that day. The case was so unusual that he drove to our house and sat poolside taking the vac apart piece by piece until he found the problem. Once he corrected it he turned it on and let it run to make sure there were no other surprises waiting for us. We were also having a problem with sand entering the pool. While Justin was here he took a moment to look at the main pump and noticed within a couple of seconds that the rubber seal that holds the sand filter closed was missing and/or had a leak. He had his team out within a few days. They completely changed the sand and repaired the damage for a reasonable price. Overall I have had a pleasurable experience with Quality and will continue to use them for my pool needs.
