Description of Work: Our upper AC unit was not working properly, Precision Air came out on Monday to service the unit and found a few issue. Additional leak preventative was put into the system and additional Freon added to the system. Tech and administrative dispatch was polite and helpful. I have used these folks before and each time have found them to be very good about taking care of their customers.

Description of Work: They installed a combo humidistat/thermostat and sold me some air filters I asked for. It's October 2011 and I still haven't received (or paid for, of course! laughing) the filters...The president of the company, David Nixon, was here and told me that his company had people here in the "project" I live in all the time...ron well, he doesn't know it but I'm telling everyone on Angie's list that his company doesn't do what they say they're going to do!  + -1 moreWally arrived 15 minutes early. He was very friendly and was very capable and confident about what he was doing. He did a thorough job of servicing our air conditioner and answered all my questions in detail.
Description of Work: Cleaned evaporator coil. Checked electrical connectors. Amp draw good. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked fan blades. Motors good. Condensate drain good. Temperature and pressure good. T-stat working.

 + -1 morePRICE WAS ABOUT $1,000 LESS THAN 2 OTHER ESTIMATES (OTHER ESTIMATES DID NOT INCLUDE SAME AMOUNT OF WORK). THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. DAVID AND HIS HELPERS WERE VERY NICE AND VERY PERSONABLE. THEY HAD THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE IT DONE. I FELT THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. ANY ANGIES LIST MEMBERS COULD CALL ME FOR A SPECIFIC REFERENCE. HIS QUOTE WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE. THEY ALSO ADDED A 1 YEAR WARRANTY THROUGH THEIR COMPANY THAT COVERS THINGS THAT THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY DID NOT COVER. VERY GOOD WITH RETURNING PHONE CALLS IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW HEAT PUMP, THERMOSTAT, AIR HANDLER, ALL OF THE DUCT WORK. ALSO BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT DRYER VENT WAS ROUTED INCORRECTLY AND CORRECTLY ROUTED IT AND PUT IT UP TO CODE.
