Description of Work: Refinished a china cabinet and desk that has been in my family a very long time. They did and excellent job on repairing the veneer! The desk was in especially bad shape now it looks like fantastic! Will use them again!

Description of Work: I simply cannot say enough about the FANTASTIC job that the father/son team at Palmer's Refinishing did on our antique dining room chair! This was a challenging job as the entire harped wood back of the chair was broken into pieces and I was shocked to see that the chair looked LIKE NEW when they returned it to us. Their attention to detail is phenomenal - they even drove back to Charlotte from their shop in SC to pick up a matching dining room chair from my home to ensure that the stain was the perfect match to the rest of our dining set. They were very quick (less than a week to complete), communication was great and I love the convenience of their free pickup and delivery service. This was only a $100 job but they treated us like we hired them for a $1000 job. I will never use another furniture refinisher again besides Palmer's! THANKS GUYS!!!

It went extremely well.
Description of Work: Refinished a ding in a table leaf. Al didn't feel he did as well as he should have because it was so deep. He did what I consider a very good job. It satisfied my wife, so I am very happy. Didn't charge me anything.

They did a very nice job.

WONDERFUL!!
Description of Work: Scott came out to my home and refinished my custom wood front entry doors. They are double entry, with custom beveled glass panels with the door frame out of Spanish Cedar. VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF SERVICE AND AFFORD ABILITY. The company is friendly, reliable, punctual, dedicated and more than all of these things... they care about the customer.
