Description of Work: Mr Hood was supposed to come to our house at an appointed date and time to go over details of the work we wanted performed. He never showed or called, and he did have my contact info.

+ -1 moreA guy hit my driveway and my driveway walls and that was why I was trying to get a couple of quotes. Hood Masonry & Renovations was very good and very nice. I still haven't gotten things settled with the insurance that is why I haven't had work done yet. He was very knowledgeable, he knew what needed to be done and how to do it. He wasn't here for just 10 minutes and gave me a quote. He took his time to go through it and get all the measurements, look at it and figure instead of just to make some amount of money. Two weeks later, he emailed me the quote. I was very happy with him. I really like him. If I ever have a chance to get all this done, he will probably do the job for me. I think his price was pretty good. We got his schedule and my schedule work out.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Hood Masonry & Renovations to rebuild my 2 driveway walls a couple of months ago.

+ -1 moreRick Hood, owner, was professional courteous and present on the job from start to finish. They cleaned up after their work and it looked like they were never here. Fair pricing and excellent communication from start to finish. Demonstrated pride in their craft from beginning to end. Did a great job in matching the new brick to the old brick. They are identical. This took some time and effort but Rick was committed to doing it right. Rick took time to review the scope of work and detailed quotation. He made an effort to keep me informed of their progress and their expectation for completing the work.
Description of Work: Brick applied to outside of my addition.--16x40 ft. Required matching brick to the original structure. Additionally completed brick work around a newly installed window in the original house. Also built a brick structure for my mailbox.
