Ryan was quickly available once a quote was requested, and offered several options to address the job. He was extremely accommodating to our needs and in helping to get our HOA to approve the job. The price was fair and the quality of work superb. We'll certainly be looking to hire Dirty Buffalo for future jobs

Ryan did an outstanding job for us. We believe he absolutely saved our new home from the risk of flooding. We moved into our house in April and within a week, we experienced a very heavy amount of rainfall, which caused water to back up into our yard and to pool up around the base of our house. We contacted Ryan, and he promptly came by to provide an estimate. There was a fair amount of work to do, but the estimate was very reasonable for all the effort required. Ryan brought in a tree company to cut down our dead trees, which he then hauled away from the property, along with the other dead trunks and branches that the builder had simply buried (which blocked the natural water flow off the property). He dug out a big hill in our backyard and used that dirt to shore up the drainage ditch in the front of the property. He also deepened and widened that ditch, giving us much more volume for the water to pass through the property. He contracted to have a large retaining wall installed in the backyard, ran underground drains away from the downspouts, created a French drain in the front yard, and rolled out some sod for us. When it was all done, a rainstorm even larger than the one in April occurred, and all the water stayed entirely in the drainage ditch and proceeded in an orderly fashion away from our property. The yard was not flooded at all, and nothing was pooled up near the house. Ryan always arrived promptly when we'd agreed he'd be here, and he worked diligently, spending long hours transforming our property. He patiently answered all our questions and gave thoughtful advice on the project as it unfolded. He did outstanding work, and he was very pleasant to work with throughout the process. We really enjoyed chatting and laughing with him. He's a hard worker who really knows what he's doing and is very friendly. If you are having drainage issues on your property, we would very highly recommend Ryan and Dirty Buffalo Grading.

Brian responded to our problem immediately and was out there to assess it that afternoon. Because of the need for rainfall to accomplish the task, he changed his schedule in order to move us in front of others. We had an unusual circumstance and it was a fire on a horse farm that was threatening to not only the people that work there but the horses as well and he moved very quickly. Canâ t think of enough !

Ryan was great, really easy to work with, really nice guy, very knowledgeable. We had a large sink hole in our back yard. This was caused by decomposing trees that had been placed underground for filler by the builder in the 80's when the house was built. Ryan came in with a plan to fix and fill the sink holes along with new drainage that was also necessary. The communication with Ryan was incredible! When he said he would email or call me he did, without fail. When he said he would be at my property he was there every time on time. He worked hard to finish in a very short amount of time, sometimes in the rain and up until late evening. His quote was very reasonable for this kind of work. I would definitely use Ryan again and would highly recommend his service. The yard turned out great, it really looks nice, and I feel confident it's now safe!
