Very well, Randall etal. perform a neat, clean job and left the area as good as found.

Very well Randall etal. pulled pump from well head after measuring flow and out put pressure. Pump was failing slowly. Replaced pump with a higher quality brand, recommended by Quality. The pressure bumped immediately slightly above, but within range of the recommended pressure. Showers were pleasant again. Quality performed a few other minor jobs in May 2016 for $548.00 to include: kitchen sink faucet repair, inline pipe replacement and install house hot water water recycling pump at the water heater.

The quality of the work was good but we were unpleasantly surprised by the high price after the work was done. There may have been a misunderstanding when we got the original verbal estimate, so I recommend that you get an estimate IN WRITING before the work begins.

The office was very quick responding to set up an appointment and worked within my timeframe, so we went with them. Jason came out and gave a verbal quote, which I wish I had in writing, maybe I misunderstood...he said flange work would be $245 per toilet. I did not think the bill would exceed $1500.00, I had a verbal quote of $900 without flange work. The next day two different guys came out while my fiancée' was there, I was at work. There was flange replacement that needed to be done after they pulled up the toilet. It was a LOT more expensive than we had anticipated. I was under a time crunch so we paid them anyway. Total for everything initially came to $2,006.00. Main office did not completely break down all charges like I had requested afterwards, and seemed unaware of what their employee Jason would be quoting. They ended up crediting a few hundred back to us...said they charged us twice for pulling up the toilet. They did good work, but I would see if they'd give you a written quote first. My fiancée seemed to think they only needed one guy to do the work, the other guy just stood around or he was in training....and we could have done it ourselves for $300.00 if we were so inclined, but we needed these repairs to sell the condo ASAP. Thank you for working within our timeframe. It seemed very expensive, but I don't know if we paid a reasonable rate or not.

Not well at all. New type of toilet was incorrectly installed which ruined the tank-to-bowl gasket and we had to replace it to keep it from leaking. Plumber admitted to never installing one like it before and apparently did not read the instructions since they strongly warned not to over tighten the tank bolts but he tightened them to the point of ruining the tank connection. Shower head was installed but whole unit was left to move back and forth in the wall. He came back and fixed it. The contractor tried to convince us to modify the new tub spout to install it and the plumber just stood by only noting that his company would not warranty it if done. The real answer was that it was not designed to be installed in the suggested way, which the directions specifically stated. One of the sink stopper adjusters fell of and we put it back but the fixed adjuster needed to be corrected, which we did. The plumber was extremely friendly in the beginning but as the problems came up he grew very unpleasant. The Company emailed us to set up a phone call to discuss our unfavorable company review and called when I was in a hospital waiting room and could not leave. I was not comfortable talking there so asked them to call back another day. They did not so I sent them an email asking if they were still interesting in discussing. Still no answer so we decided to write this review.

We had no water on a Saturday morning. My well pump was not running. I called Carter Quality Plumbing and they came out and had water running that day. They came back Monday morning and replaced the pump and pressure tank. The next morning, pressure was very weak. They returned, found the problem, and had everything up and running again. I am keeping their number handy for the next time we need a plumber!

I was very impressed with Carter Plumbing! They were very responsive, professional, and quick! I called at 8:20 and my job was completed with zero mess in my kitchen by 10:45. The plumbers were very courteous, professional and clean cut. This was my first time using them, and I will definitely use them in the future.

There was a small leak but they returned the same day and fixed it.

He found an additional problem and took care of it on the spot. He was punctual and called before arriving. He was very professional, wore shoe coverings and was very clean. I would recommend their services highly.

We were kept apprised of the crew's estimated time and they arrived as expected. They were knowledgeable and completed the job within the original time frame (even with an unanticipated run to get a replacement for a broken part). Everything was cleaned up and we had hot water exactly when we were told.

Carter quality plumbing was able to send a plumber to my home the same day that I had called with my problem. The plumber was very knowledgeable, transparent about cost of services and was willing to help me anyway he could. Would highly recommend this plumber to anyone - and I will use them again in the future!

They are always so professional, wear shoe covers and are very responsive. I love their service and am always very satisfied with what they do.

The plumber Jeff responded quickly, talked to the tenant and coordenated the job with the tenant . Jeff kept me informed all the way through. Fixed the problem!

Derrick was great! He was very professional and courteous, and did a great job on everything he did. The work on the installations for Granite Transformations was done really well, and then he did a great job on all the extra work we needed done. He even worked with us on giving the best price that he could. I very much appreciate all that he did to update an old place.

Very well! Leak fixed, now using/drinking bottled water quality water throughout house with the addition of new filter system. Will definitely use this company again for any future problems. The Plumber, Cam, was very knowledgeable and friendly and broke everything we needed to know down in easy to understand language and terms.

I called the office on Tuesday and was very impressed with the response the Company gave to me. I was schedule for 12-2 window and the office called me when they were on the way. The technician came out and tested my water right in my home. He showed me the levels of pH and other minerals in my water. I have dealt with the same iron issues for years. The plumber gave me different options, and that same day he installed a softener and filter on my home. The plumber also gave me his work cell phone number incase I ever need I can call him direct. Since they've installed the softener I no longer have the bad smell or dis-coloring of my water. I am very impressed with their responsiveness and the Quality of their work. I will recommend Carter to anyone. The technician was very straight forward with the price and also guaranteed the work for 5 years.

They did a good job, responded quickly and knew what to do to fix the water leak where it went through our floor.

I had never used Carter before and was going to use a plumber on Angie's list but most were not local and their service dates were about a week out. I found Carter in the Yellow pages and made an initial call to "check them out". From the first call I was pleased with their response, found out they had standard pricing by the job, a !00% service guarantee, they were local to me and they were able to send a tech that day (Derrick). Instead of going into great detail I will say Derrick did everything very well. I based the grades on the overall experience and A was what they deserve. I rarely rate many people I use for service but I think they deserved it.

It turned out to be a part on my dishwasher causing the problem. I use this company regularly, for everything from water heater maintenance to a pipe break behind my shower that caused major damage.When I had the pipe break, I didn't discover it until I returned home from work after 9pm. They came out right away and got the water stopped for me.(no extra for night), and were extremely helpful through the whole process. I have always had a good experience with them. They always explain everything to me and they don't track in mud.(love that!)

Plumber arrived on time, just an hour or so after my calling them. He figured out where the leaks were coming from before opening the walls, and his diagnosis was right on target. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the plumber cleaned up before leaving. So far the repair seems to have done the job. The cost of the repair was explained before any work was done and the final charge was what was quoted beforehand.

We had a very bad experience with Carter Quality Plumbing. We chose this company because they give free estimates and was voted "Readers' Choice Awards-Best Around". Anyways, the owner Chris Carter and a worker came out on a Friday to give me an estimate on fixing our toilet. He quoted $230. I thought that sounded high, but after asking a few questions I decided to go ahead with it. They did the work and left. After they left the toilet started making a sound. I listened for a little while to make sure I was really hearing something. Well something definitely wasn't right, so I called the company back. The company said they would have someone come back out to look at it. A little while later just the worker came back this time. He said that he had cracked a part when he was installing it. He fixed it and left. When my husband came home that evening I told him what happened, and we both couldn't shake the feeling that we had been overcharged and had shoddy work done. The next day-Sat. we had another plumbing company come out to look at the work that was done. They also looked at our receipt. They said that Carter's Plumbing charged us for something they did not do, and that they used cheap materials(cheap flapper and put the rusty/old bolts back on instead of replacing). We called Carter Quality back and later on that evening Chris Carter called us back. My husband started off talking to him, but after Chris Carter said that we should have been glad that they did not charge us for coming back the second time-(Which was to fix their mistake!) I got on the phone and had a few choice words with him. It took me having to raise my voice to get him to admit that the reason that they had to come back the second time was because they MESSED UP. He also threw up in my face that we should have been glad that they did not charge for an estimate-(They advertise free estimates on their phone book page!) He said they were a Cadillac company-I don't think so(More like a Pinto)! Overall, Chris Carter acted so childish and unprofessional. Chris Carter said he would come and redo the whole toilet to make up for things. I said NO WAY. He lost our trust and we did not want him back in our house. We got $58 refunded, $175 should have been what we got charged to begin with, according to their tier level pricing chart. Also, that same day that they had worked on our toilet they had also given me an estimate for replacing our pressure reducer. I am so glad that I did not let them fix it while they were there. After Chris Carter asked me several times whether or not I wanted them to fix the pressure reducer, I finally said that we were on a tight budget and wanted to wait. It was going to cost over $300. Later in our phone conversation he threw up that I had said that we were on a tight budget, and he was insinuating that I was trying to get something for nothing. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They CANNOT be trusted!

He was very good at letting me know what was happening. I will use him to put in a water heater soon.
