They seemed very good upfront and told me i didn't need to buy insurance because they had great insurance for their 3 trucks (1million dollars) as required by a local company for whom they did a lot of moving. They were anxious to complete the job before christmas,so i oked that even though i preferred later. I was moved through a terrible rainstorm, and when my stuff arrived i found some broken items, and as i unpacked i found more. I went on and paid them with a cashier check as requested believing all of their assurances that they would make it right and take care of me. Since then i have been told that they won't cover any of the packed broken items and that they will only pay $0.60 per pound for my coffee table. I would have prefered them being upfront with me. I would have been happy to buy insurance.

These guys couldn't have been any better if they tried. We had to change the pick up date due to the flooding in Charleston and they kept everything for about 5 days until the roads were clear enough to deliver it. Great team of men. Friendly and very professional. Took great care covering the floors due to the rain and made sure all our furniture was wrapped for the trip. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to move. The owner returned our call promptly for a request for quote. He was accommodating and professional with rates that seemed reasonable. It was only due to the ease of using the full service moving provider from our former location that we did not use the services of Carolina Moving Solutions.

These guys were great and were able to do a full truck unload of household goods, including a piano, with only a days notice. I was notified the truck with my goods was being dropped off the following day at 9am and they showed up on time (a little early actually) and started preparing the house -- something I've never had a mover do. They padded the corners in hallways and laid out mats throughout walkways over my hardwood floors. They were very efficient, moved everything into place (including an old upright piano), and ensured I was happy with everything before departing. They dinged a wall sconce but have promised to get me a replacement. Otherwise, it went great and I would use them again.
