Description of Work: Installed 3" engineered floors in living room, sunroom and two hall ways. The job was performed by a private contractor. A father and his two sons. They were extremely professional and the job was done beautifully. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new floors and are pleased that a friend recommended WoodBoys.

Description of Work: They came to the house and gave me a quick detailed estimate with several options. I wanted hardwood floors throughout the house, except for kitchen and bathrooms. The independent contractors they use all the time then came to do the work. Quick and thorough. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: They replaced all flooring in house with hardwood floors. Excellent customer service; very responsive. The workers arrived on time every day, and they had it all completed within three days.

Description of Work: We stopped by the Woodboys office on Ladson Road and arranged for Christopher, the salesman, to come to our home with samples and provide us an estimate for removing carpet and installing woodflooring in our family and sun rooms. Christopher arrived at the appointed day and time and had samples that provided us the perfect choice of wood finish. We asked him to provide us with two estimates, one with the flooring installed in the normal horizontal fashion and on where it was installed on a 45 degree diagonal. Christopher indicated he would provide the estimates by email by that evening which he did. We accepted the offer to install the flooring on the diagonal. Faxed a signed copy to Christopher . He quickly called back and we set up a date for delivery of the wood to allow it to come to the proper moisture and a week later a date for the install. The wood was delivered at the date and time promised and placed exactly where we asked so that it would remain out of our way for the week it would be there. The evening prior to the install date we received a call from the installer indicating he and his crew would be at our home at 8 am the next morning. The crew actually arrived at approx. 8:30 am and apologized indicating that there had been a traffic tie up on a main artery leading to our home. The install crew immediately began to work and worked without a break until the project was completed. The only preparation we had made was to remove breakables from the two rooms. The crew moved furniture, removed the carpet, secured the sub-floor where it was loose, installed the wood floor in both rooms, returned the furniture, briefed us on the care of the wood flooring and left at about 4 pm. They cleaned up all the debris and left nothing behind for us to do. The floor looks fabulous and the experience was all positive. I'm not sure if Woodboys is the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and with Woodboys you get a professional flooring install from start to finish.
