They are a great company.

From the initial contact via email through the follow up post install the communications with this company is top notch. They responded to my emails very quickly even though I told them I was about 6 months out from wanting to install the flooring. They came out right before the holidays and brought a sample of the existing hardwood to compare. After about ten minutes I had a very reasonable turn key quote and decided we wanted to go through them. They scheduled us for the first working day of the new year and the installers, Simon's, showed up promptly at 0800 and began working. The main installer (the father) was barely done introducing himself when his two sons had the old carpet almost up and out of the house! They were very friendly and worked continuously. The project itself was very simple, they just had to match the existing wood floor (tie it in) to the bedroom and also complete the walk-in closet. They could not have done a better job, seriously, the floor looks amazing. I am still in shock that a company can go through this entire process so flawlessly. I would definitely recommend and plan on using them when we complete the upstairs.

I had an excellent experience with them. It was a reasonable price that is why we went with them.

Well there was and unexpeted issue with High moisture detected in the slab which added cost and time. But was handle well

The people at Woodboys are great. Friendly, prompt service, and patient with someone like me not quite sure what they want. They contract out the installation to Simons Flooring, Robbie and his sons, did a great job. Very prompt, friendly, and great installation job. We needed them to come back out later to replace a plank and they were great working with us and getting out here in a timely fashion.

We received our estimate before Christmas and made arrangements to install 1/6-1/9. Simons Flooring was contracted to install the floors. Robbie and his sons did an excellent job. Hardworking from start to finish. They are there to work. We moved as much furniture out of the way as possible which really helped them get started .Christopher from Woodboys called upon completion and did a walk through a few days later. Overall we are very pleased with everyone involved. Wish we could have done this sooner.

Estimate was accurate, flooring arrived as scheduled, and installation took one day less than scheduled. The installers even helped move heavy furniture, and instructed us on proper cleaning and how to pad the feet of the furniture.

Wood Boys subcontract out their installation and our guy was Simons Flooring, Robbie and his two sons. Good job but was surprised by nail hole visibility. His son explained we could use a stain pin to blend them in so that was a little disappointing the effort was not made on their part but overall very pleased with the job

They were very responsive. They were able to get me the product the fastest and I guess the economical. Their installer did a good job. He worked with me. I got a good product. I give them "A" for effort because they helped me a lot.

They were amazing! They were prompt in giving me a quote, responsive and the contractors that came out did a great job, they were clean and got the work done quickly. They beat a local competitor by $4500! I will be using them again shortly and I have recommended them to many others! They are one of my favorite contractors I have worked with since moving to South Carolina!

Completely professional from start to finish, i.e., from estimate through installation. I received several quotes; Woodboys was not the cheapest but we decided to go with them as opposed to a "general" type of contractor. We just figured that since this is ALL they do, that they would know what they were doing. It took a bit longer than initially estimated due to the glue that was used on the old flooring. We are on a slab so removal was more difficult since the old floor used two different types of adhesive. One that was fairly easy to remove, the other, because the installer chose to use a different type of glue because he ran out was more difficult. After this challenge was taken care of, the remainder of the installation went smoothly. All was cleaned up and old flooring hauled as well.

I was not financially able to accept the estimate, but they are wonderful. I did not know that the wood was oak, I thought it was pine. Because of the quality of the original wood, it would be able to be sanded down and stain. They could only do it for $2000 instead of replacing the whole floors (which would of been $10000 minimum) in my house. Ethically, they are very responsible.

The flooring was brought to the cottage two days in advance to get used to the environment where it would be placed. The work was very well done and the floors look great.

No one was here to monitor the work, so I was very impressed with the job they did. They were thorough. There was no mess; nothing needed cleaned up. I was quite impressed. The floors turned out well. They were easy to work with.

The store representative took a great deal of time asking questions to determine which type of flooring we should choose based on our needs and life style. We made an appointment for an in-home estimate and was scheduled for the next day. The representative arrived promptly with the samples we wanted to look at and brought several others he thought we might like. We actually liked one of his choices better and that's what we had installed. They were able to do the installation the following week. The installation crew was quick, professional and skilled. We were exceptionally happy with the installation and product.

.Everything went according to plan. They delivered when promised, and a few days later the installer came, removed the carpet, installed and Sanded the floor and then put a sealer on it. The next 2 days they came back and put a coat of Poly on the floor each day. It turned out beautiful!

The estimator came out on time and the work was finished in the timeframe quoted. The floors look great; only thing they did not do was paint the baseboards which would have been nice if they provided that service, too. The installers were personable and did a fine job. The cost was average after obtaining 3 estimates. I would use them again.

I was kind of disappointed with them. They stubbed it out and the guy that we had doing wasn't that great. They told me later on that they stubbed it out and I didn't even know about that. I would never go back to them, I would go somewhere else. The people who put the flooring down were never on time. We actually had some extra wood here which they took it and I thought we are going to get credited but they just kept the wood. The people who put the floor down were not professional at all and not the worth I paid for. I thought they had good reputation but I wouldn't do it again. They were expensive.

The gentleman arrived to give us the free in home quote. He arrived on time and was courteous. He explained all of our options and their products and services. We were able to buy a beautiful hand stressed hickory flooring. The workers arrived at the agreed upon time and removed our old floor coverings and installed the new under floor and installed the new wood floors. They are fantastic. We have had them now for almost 9 months and could not be happier. We would use Wood Boys again.

It was great. They came in when they said they would be here. They cleaned up after themselves. They finished laying the floor in probably six hours. Their prices were reasonable. I would use their services in the future too.

They were very helpful. The company as a whole was very helpful because they sent over an installer basically for free who just gave us advice and set us up with another contractor who did the sub floor for us. We installed the hardwood floors on top of that ourselves. They were excellent basically. They were the best in price. We did a lot of pricing around and that's why we went with them.

We spent $7000 on that work. The finished product was very good. The only problem was that the owner who came out and gave us the estimate in November told us that he was going to change the work order. That information did not get to the installers, so there were certain things that they did not do because it wasn’t on the work order. There were two things that were not included and they did one of them. It was not the installer’s problem because they did what the paper told them to do, but the owner and the installers were very courteous, punctual and professional. There was a discrepancy with what we were told would be done. They were not least expensive, but were very highly recommended and that was why we went with them.
