Probably some of the best customer service and work I’ve ever had done. From the first phone call to Wired Installations, through the work, and finally to when the last tv was hung everything went smoothly. All of this was done with patience and good old experience. My first contact with Matt (the owner) was when I called to ask about hanging a couple of tv’s on the wall. After discussing the locations, he felt this would not be an issue. He asked if we had purchased the tv’s yet – which we hadn’t, and in turn he replied I will match anyone’s legitimate price. I certainly could not go wrong there. He and Marcus showed up on time with my 2 new tv’s and began unboxing and locating them to their respective rooms. Two hours and some change later both tv’s were up and producing a good evenings worth of entertainment. I would highly recommend Wired Installations for any tv installation, or anything electronic. Thanks for such a GREAT experience!

Great! They came out to access what was possible, then came up with a plan I could live with. I have a "recreational vehicle omni directional" antenna in my attic. I get all networks, PBS and 10 or so independent stations with lots of old programming that I enjoy. I kept my comcast internet so I could stream and they programed a new remote which makes it easy to access my netflix and amazon. I don't know what took me so long to cut the cord. I just didn't get my money's worth from cable. It will take about 6 months to make it free, but I don't miss cable at all.

This is a very professional and courteous company. I went back and forth with Matt over email over a couple of weeks to figure out exactly what would work for us at the best price possible. Vu and his partner arrived on time, asked us exactly what we wanted and was able to use an existing mount we already had in order to keep costs down. They did everything to our liking in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Wired Installations for TV mounting and I’m sure they do an excellent job with the other services they offer. I cannot say enough awesome things about Wired Installations! Matt and his crew are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and neat! Wired Installations installed 2 TVs for me and s Sonos system covering 2 rooms. Even better is the fact that I was able to buy ALL of this new equipment from Matt directly at prices that I could not beat after much research. From the day I first contacted Matt, he has always gotten right back to me whether I called, texted, or emailed. Even after my installation, Matt is always there if I have any questions. I also hired Matt to install my old TV at a friend's house and he did an excellent job there as well. Wired Installations is THE company to call for all of your audio-visual needs!

Matt is amazing! Called and Matt came out the same day to review the installation, give me a number of options and provide an estimate. He also was able to order the TV for me and save me money. Matt sent quote the same evening. He answered all of my questions and revised accordingly. Matt and his crew and true magicians when it comes to installation. They had all of the coax and power cables run, new plug installed, surge protector installed and television mounted in under two hours.

Matt and the team from Wired Installations get a great job. They quickly came on site to provide a quote. They we easy to work with in scheduling an on-site install. They were on time, and worked quickly and professionally to complete all work.

I could not be more impressed with the quality of the service or the professionalism of the folks. Matt was fantastic- he came out, assessed our needs, and did a fantastic job fixing the sound system hard wired into our home. Considering the amount of work he did, he price was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and would absolutely use him again.

Matt and his crew came on the date and time we agreed upon. This is the second time I have used "Wired Installations". Had used another company from Angies List on my first Install and it did not go well at all. Matt is very professional and his crew is also outstanding. Both installs went as I had hoped. My wife loves the fact that she can easily adjust the height and angle of the ManteMount TV over the fireplace. Both jobs were estimated to be about $1300.00 Now this included both wall mounts. The "ManteMount" is much more expensive $399.00, however, Matt did get it for less I think $350. This included all parts wiring, mounts, labor, etc. Also included two Sound Bar installs. I would highly recommend "Wired Installations" if you have any job when it comes to Audio Visual, Sound, TV whatever. "Wired Installations" will not be the cheapest, and you certainly can and probably will get cheaper estimates, but if you want the job to be done correctly I would strongly suggest you hire this company. This job involved going up in the attic to hide wires, and wall cutouts to hide wires. All of this was done very professionally.

Wired Installations came out an looked at the job prior to the installation, the technician arrived when he said he would be there. We scheduled a time for the install and the technician was on time for that appointment as well. The work was completed efficiently and well. The technician was professional and friendly. I am very happy with the work done and the reasonable price for the work.

Overall good job. They were quick and did good work. Only minor complaint is that the sound bar was mounted a little crooked, which made the TV not level. I had to go back and take it down and fix it myself by re-mounting the sound bar.

I worked directly with Matt and he came out at the time he said he would and had everything done immediately. He was prompt and efficient and happy to provide recommendations on the service he provided as well as future services.

Chris immediately responded to my email and was able to promptly come to our office to give us an estimate and ideas of how to update our current audio system. He was on time and spent time with us to discuss options. We will definitely call him if we need further help with our audio needs.

They couldn't have done a better job for me. They contacted me quickly after I bought the deal and arranged to perform services on a Saturday which was really convenient for me since I work from home during the week and have very little time available Monday-Friday. I asked them if they could provide the mounts for me and they did at about the same price I would have paid if I had the time to buy them my self. I would definitely use them again and in fact will probably call again soon to mount one more television in the master bedroom.

The technician was very professional and did a great job installing the TV so that the wiring was not visible. He moved all equipment inside our closet which we had previously asked AT&T, Time Warner and Direct TV to do, but they said they were unable to do it. We hope to use this service again for other rooms.

Not only did they do a great job and were very professional and friendly, but they were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice when I mentioned to Matt that we were trying to get something done before having company in town. I found their prices to be better than other companies I had gotten quotes from and will definitely use them again in the future when we have other wiring and mounting needs. Definitely would recommend!

I called Matt to get his estimate on how much it would cost to set-up our new receiver and speakers/subwoofer to the TV. He told me it would be $110.00. That was nearly half the cost that best buy (geek squad) wanted to charge so I went ahead and made an appointment with him. He came a day earlier than we had originally discussed, but that was good for me as we wanted our speakers set up as soon as possible anyway. He set everything up and got it in working order. He also reprogrammed my all-in-one master remote. He even put a few things on the remote that I had not thought of and showed me how to use it. This made it even more convenient. He charged me $95.00 for this, so I was very pleased that it was lower then the amount he had first quoted me. The next day, the speakers were not working and so I called Matt. After a couple of questions, he said that he would come out the next day. He came out and realized that the speaker plugs had fallen out of the back of the receiver. Well, I realized that my husband and I did that when we moved the furniture around after they had left. I guess we checked everything but whether it was plugged in or not!!!! Usually Matt would have charged us a full service call if it was not his fault, but he only charged us $25.00. I would definitely recommend Matt and his company to anyone. Thanks Matt, its really nice to have someone who doesn't mind taking the time to explain stuff like how to use the remote. If you had not showed me, I doubt I would have used it to its full capability.

Went exceptionally well. Very professional team. Called ahead of arrival, and arrived on time. Got straight to work with the installation. Corrected an important electrical mistake that had been done previously. Gave us instruction as to the setup and use of the SONOS equipment and left us very comfortable with what had been done. Did the job and saved us hundreds of dollars over a proposal that I had already received. Found this contractor on Angie's list. Let's see: I spend $9.99 for one year of Angie's List and immediately find a service contractor that saved me about $350 two days later....pretty good return for my investment. Thanks Angie!
