Jeff Farr and Tim Jobe came to install my bathroom on 5/17/21 and they did a great job! ill give them a 5 star rating

Were done in five (5) hours. Install looks very good.

Great company! I needed a quick turnaround time due to upcoming move and they exceeded my expectations. I purchased a bathtub and surround and had it installed the very next day at no extra cost. The products and quality of service was excellent. David Ogden, Johnathon Cammack, and Malkeyo Jackson were very friendly and are experts at their craft.

Not done yet. Ran into a problem with the drain so have to wait till Monday 19 Apr to have their plumper come out to fix the problem.

Tim J. and Jeff F. showed up on time and didnâ t waste any time in getting things started! Very pleasant and courteous! Love my new shower! Thanks!!

The removal of my old tile shower and the installation of a new shower was professionally done by Mario Ingianni, Lawerence Stougnd and Login McCracken. They were efficient in their work ethics and mannerisms. They were friendly and explained everything in detail.. Being from the old school (81 years old), I thought the overall price was excessive, but I am happy to get rid of that old tile shower with the mold and mildew in the grout. Great job guys.

Outstanding install on the walk in shower from tub replacement. These guys Lawrence Stoudt, Logan McCracken and David Ogden did the most amazing installation. I thank them very much. Would absolutely have them back to do our second bathroom.

West Shore Home Installers Mr. Laurence Stoudt and Mr. Logan MacCracken arrived on time and competed the shower removal and re installation in timely matter. I appreciated the professional work efforts and also noted that they worked independently and as a team when needed to complete the task. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They cleaned up the worksite and out briefed me on how to use and maintain my new walk in shower. In addition, all the material needed to compete the installation was on their truck. Job well done. I will use West Shore Home for my next bath shower upgrade.

Josh Limehouse our Design Consultant listened attentively about what we wanted. He laid everything out for us with the professionalism we expected. He is awesome. On our scheduled install date the guys were on time and eager to get busy as I showed them the baths to be remodeled. We had 1 old bathtub removed and new awesome shower installed. We also had an old stall shower that was removed and new awesome shower installed. The job for TWO bathrooms remodel was completed in 1 day. We are very pleased with the professional attitudes, cleanliness and overall job from the installers. To Tim Jobe, Jeff Farr, Logan McCracken and Lawrence Stoudt. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Starting with our sales person, Josh Limehouse, the process was seamless and very informative. Josh helped us pick the styles and products for both our bathroom renovations. The installers, David Ogden, Jonathon Cammack, Lawrence Stoudt, Mario Ignianni and Mike Cortes were the BOMB!!! This crew was very professional and maintained a high level of awareness to insure our safety through our remodel. They arrived on time and proceeded immediately to work. We are so happy with our choice to have West Shore do both our bathrooms simultaneously. Thank you David for your time and diligence. The level of professionalism from each person on this crew was outstanding.

The job was performed very professionally, especially the detail work. They arrived on time and completed the work on time. Lawrence and Logan make a good team, they need to stay together. Tim Jobe and Jeff Farr did an excellent job. They were very efficient and courteous and even cleaned up everything once they were done! I was impressed with their work! sales person Dornell and installers Tim Jobe and Jeff Farr have done fantastic job turning a tub into walk in shower in one day.. The detail and professionalism is absolutely amazing.. Hope those guys get some recognition for the excellent way they present the company and professionalism..

We were so happy with the initial consultation and project planning, Lawrence Stoudt and Logan McCracken showed up right on time and were diligent to the project all day. The quality of work (tearing out the tile and tub, replacing the plumbing the plywood the insulation and the installation of shower and clean up) was superior.

What a great experience I had when Steven Breland and Mike Cortez installed my new shower today. They were very professional, knew what they were doing and worked quickly and efficiently.

Great workmanship. Micheal and Mitch took care to clean up as they worked. Can't wait to try out my new tub.

Salesrep Bobby Olesen and installers Jeff Farr and Mario Ingianni in 1 day got me a new tub, shower, plumbing and harware and I could not believe their attention to detail, professionalism, promptness and efficiency. Absolutely amazing that the amount of work can be done in a day! You can tell they are experts and I'm very very impressed with this result.
