West Shore Home installed a walk-in shower to replace my tub shower combination and they did a FANTASTIC job. The installers Mario Ingianni and David Blair were awesome!!! They showed up on time, they were very nice and they made the whole installation process easy. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home to my family and friends.

West Shore Home of Charleston installed a new shower to replace an old outdated shower. The work was done quickly and in one day which is one of the main reasons we chose this company. The installers were Steven Bredard, Mike Cortes, Mitch Stoudt and Louie Rose; all very professional and polite. They did a great job and we highly recommend.

This company was fantastic to work with. Everyone that I had contact with was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely competent in each area of their expertise. From the first contact with Gretchen (who was just phenomenal) to the two installers David O. and George K. who were both very impressive with their abilities to complete such a magnificent bath redo in such a short time. Just as promised...1 day. I was very reluctant at first because of the cost of this remodel, but since I was in a very delicate situation I decided to go ahead with this project even though the cost was extremely high. I have to say I am not sorry I made this decision because I received everything they promised and in the time promised Because of this I guess it was definitely worth the inflated cost! No regrets!

West Shore Home of Charleston was an excellent choice for our tub to shower conversion. From the start with our saleman Bill Pace to the finished products with Mario Ingianni and his assistant, we are extremely pleased. Mario came out on Wednesday and converted our bathtub/shower combo to a shower and then he came back on Friday and replaced an old bathtub with a new one. All of this was accomplished in one day each. This is with fixing a hidden leak in the bathroom on Friday. The whole crew with West Shore Home was very professional, courteous, and prompt. We would highly recommend West Shore Home!

My wife and I had a new shower installed to replace an existing tile shower for ease of entry and exit. The work was performed by Logan McCracken, John Nicholson and Ryan Duffy and was finished in one day as promised. Even with the demo of the existing tile, the bathroom and house was left very neat and clean. The installation looks and works great. Logan reviewed the warranty and maintenance of the shower in great detail. Thank you for making the experience so easy.

The team of David, Edward and Tony that came to rip out my old bath tub and replace with a walk-in shower were phenomenal! They showed up on time, they were clean and neat, professional and finished the job in less that seven hours. They went over the paperwork before they started and when they were finished they went over warranty and care and cleaning. The end result is beautiful. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

The team from West Shore was on time and very professional. They made sure that I was happy with the details! They actually finished early and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. They kept the area clean and did not mess up my carpet although it was raining and muddy. I'm very happy with my experience with West Shore. My bathroom looks brand new and much BIGGER!

We had a very good experience. The crew replaced tubs and showers in two different bathrooms. They did excellent work, were very professional, and communicated well throughout the project. I’ve already recommended them to other friends.

They took out my giant tub that I was never going to use and replaced it with a beautiful new very large surround shower. Mario and Edward showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. They put down tarps to keep the carpet clean, took everything out and did the replacement all in one day. They made sure everything was clean before they left and explained the cleaning and warranty also. The whole experience from the initial phone call, meeting the representative, scheduling the date, to the install was very relaxing and quite professional.

The install team was awesome and so was the quote giver. They were so professional and accommodating. It is gorgeous! (P. Elliott and D.Elliot were the installers)

Our shower surround is beautiful and turned out just like we wanted. Our sincere thanks to Mario Ingianni and his assistant for such a great job. Bill Pace was the company the company representative who walked me through the process involving shower selection, financing, and scheduling installation. His presentation was great! I was kept informed of when material was ordered and received. Scheduling an installation date was smooth and problem free. The installation crew arrived exactly at 8 in the morning, gave me a thorough explanation of the process and approximate completion time. The crew was very courteous, professional, and organized. Work was completed as estimated and the shower is awesome. I was able to peek in now and then and was very impressed. They had no problem stopping work and answering any question I had. Kudos to Lawrence Stoudt, Logan McCracken, and Steve Brelan who comprised the crew to install our shower. Job well done!!
