It is a pleasure to commend two of your staff for their work on our walk in shower. David Ogden and Jeff Farr were personable, polite, proficient and professional in every way. Not only did they work well as a team, they went out of their way to make sure they left everything as they found it. David and Jeff answered any and all questions and consulted with us in terms of how we wanted our shower set up. We truly appreciate that cooperation.. David and Jeff represented your company very well. They are a true asset to your company. Jerilyn and I give them a five star rating and are pleased beyond words.

Every detail from setting appointment to project presentation to installation was 100% professional and efficient. The installers Mario I and David Blair arrived on time, did a great job with the shower. No wasted time and job was completed much sooner than I had expected, and left job site cleaner than when they arrived

The team of Steven Breland and Ryan Duffy worked quickly and were very sensitive to making sure they did not disturb or mess up the rest of our house. They finished earlier than expected.

The contractors were prompt, polite, and thorough with the work. They were very accommodating with helping to layout and set up all the installed features.

Installers Stephen B. & Cory G. did a fabulous job, & in 6 hrs. My new shower is so very beautiful & will make showering a joy! Also kudos to salesman Bill for his excellent presentation & knowledge of the product.

Mario Ingianni and George Knisht (hope I have their names right) were fantastic! They removed my 36 year old tub and tile and installed a walk in shower in a very small bathroom and it looks marvelous and I am very very happy. They are very professional and really know what they are doing, I would recommend them to everyone. Kept me informed during the whole process before and after completion.

The new shower is great, we have an older home which needed to change from a tub to a shower. Steven and Cory did a very professional job with the installation . It's hard to believe they had it finished in one day.

West Shore Home sent Lawrence Stoudt and Louie Rose to convert my tub to a walk in shower. They arrived promptly around 8:30am, introduced themselves, saw where the project was to be done and went to work. They were both courteous and took great care in protecting my floors with tarps and being extremely careful taking out old stuff and bringing in the new items. When the project was completed, I could not have been happier with the results! My bathroom shower is beautiful and safe for not only me, but members of my family when they come to visit. I have shown off my new bathroom to 4 of my closest neighbors and they are totally impressed with the work done by West Shore Homes.

The sales rep was great and so were Mario and Mitchell who did the actual install. They were professional, efficient and made sure everything was perfect and up to standards and above. The install only took about 6 hours with a few small hiccups (not their fault) that were done by the previous owner. I have no qualms referring this company to people I know and I have. I am very happy with my new shower. I ❤ my new shower.

Lawrence Stout and Tony DiRienzo from WestShore came to install a walk in shower. They started at 8:30 a.m. and finished by 4:30 p.m. the same day !!! Wow !!! I am so impressed with the outcome.
