Laurence and Anthony were awesome. They ran into a 1940s cement, mud wall with cast iron tub. Brutral. They arrived before 8 and grinded throughout the day to get it all done. Incredible effort and resourceful. Great team!

The sales rep was knowledgeable, courteous and a supervsior was with him, as well. Install was to have been 10 - 12 weeks to complete project pcs. I had a original install date of 21 Jan 22, Hanna called and emailed several times in Dec to let me know my project pcs were in and could move the install up for Dec. I had to work, with the holidays I was too busy. I could only be available on Mon or Fri, so I declined. Ms Hanna called again in Jan 6th to say they had another opening for my installs. Ms Hanna was also kind and considerate of my time and I agreed to 10 Jan. Mario Ingignni, Louie Rose, Ryan Duffy and George Knight were here on time, with two 20 ft straight trucks and all my project pcs. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kept up with the debris as well as cleaned everything up when they. were done. They even wiped down the mirrors in both bathrooms for me so I did not have to climb a ladder. They completed install of WI shower in guest bath and bath and shower in the master bath, I would have to say in record time. Once they brought all their equipment and gear in, I would estimate 5 to 6 hours completed. None of the four had a problem answering any of my questions.

MichaeTinning and Anthony Dirienz installed our shower. We were very impressed with them. They showed up on time, very pleasant to talk to and went to work right away. Kept everything clean at all times. We were pleased with the dedication they had to do a good job and worked late to complete it.

Mario and Jeff, who did the work, were competent and professional. They did a great job, and finished it within the time frame I was told to expect. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of this project. The new shower looks terrific!

We had a shower and a bathtub replaced. There were four men who came out - Lawrence, Anthony, David and Mike - 2 working on each bathroom. They did a great job and worked well as a team! Even though a slight problem was encountered in one of the installs, they all worked well as a team and fixed the issue. They were done, as promised, in a single day and both bathrooms came out beautiful! I would highly recommend West Shore and these 4 men!

Outstanding work! Louie Rose and Cory Gustin are true professionals! My new bathroom is amazing and they left nothing for me to clean up after them. They left my entire home spotless. I could not even tell they had been in my home except for the beautiful bathroom they left behind. Excellent work guys! I will have you do the second bathroom really soon and I will surely recommend you to all my friends. Great working with you today!

The work team removed the existing tub and shower and replaced it with a beautiful new large shower. They were here at 8 AM and were totally finished and cleaned up before 4 PM, the same day! They did a great job and we love our new shower. Special thanks to the work team of: Mario Injianni, Lawrence Stoudt, George Knight, and Anthony Pues!!

Steven and Michael T. did a great job installing a bathtub for us. They were very thorough in detailing the work to be done and kept the work area clean. We love our new tub and would be happy to use this company on another project.
