The installers Lawrence Stoudt and David Blair arrived at my house at 8:15 a.m. and did not stop until they finished my beautiful shower to replace my bathtub. They were very friendly and professional and made sure to clean up everything when finished. I was very satisfied.

The installers, Mario Indianni, George Knight & Josh Wilkinson did a beautiful job on our remodel to a shower from a bathtub. They were very thorough & quick. Mr. Indianni explained everything to me after the install. They also did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. Thank you very kindly!!

A good value especially because the work is completed within one day. The installers were incredibly polite and kept work area picked up. My only complaint is that the shower door was not exactly square in that the bottom of the glass door was not flush to the wall as the top of the door was. But, only about 1/4 inch so it was not enough for me to ask them to redo the door.

Cory Gustin and George Knight did our bathroom removal and installed a beautiful bath and shower. they did a wonderful job and are very professional. They were knowledgeable, informative, and most importantly respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend both men for some form of a promotion or great service reward. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

Steven and Warren completed our tub and shower removal and remodel. They arrived when they said they would. Steven explained the installation process in great detail, answered all our questions and stayed throughout the day until the installation was complete. Both were very professional and represented the company well. Warren is working his way to become a primary installer and should do well. I was truly impressed with Steven's work ethics, integrity and knowledge of his job/company. I would consider promoting Steven's position within the company. Superior representative.

Michael Cortes and David Blair were the crew who did our shower removal and remodel. They arrived promptly. Inspected the work area and explained in detail what and why they were going to do. Asked for our questions and answered without hesitation. They worked straight through the day. They were able to respond to a change request without hesitation and took immediate action to ensure the request was fulfilled. Upon completion of the install they gave full instruction to us on how to care for the new items. When they departed the work area and driveway were cleaner and tidier than when they arrived. Two very professional and excellent representatives of West Shore Home. I would not hesitate to give this team a full 5+ referral to any friend or relative. Excellent experience from the initial job interview (Bill Pace) until this team drove away. I will not hesitate to refer them to others.

West Shore workers arrived promptly, on time, explained everything and protected all areas from getting soiled while they did the demo of the 2 bathtub areas and were very professional, polite and informed us of all the details before, during and upon completion of the job. Very impressed with Jeff, Michael, John and Jordan and will definitely use and recommend West Shore in the future.

The West Shore Home team were right on time and began our new walk in shower immediately. They went over a few questions with us before beginning, as to where we wanted certain items (height of shower spray & the grab bars) . A floor runner was put down from our front door to the bathroom (which was on the first floor). The team consisted of Mario Injianni & Josh Wilhinsey and Lawrence Stoudt (team leader) stopped in to see how things were going. they were finished by 4:00 ish and we can't tell you how pleased my husband and I are with their work, customer service and hospitality. I also want to add that the design consultant we had was Johnathan Acree and he also was awesome. He listened to all of our requests and we were very satisfied with his input and showing us what West Shore could offer us. I highly recommend West Shore :) If I could give them 10 stars - I would. I found with home improvements, to go with the BEST company, because cheaper is not always better. This definitely has worked for us. Thank you West Shore for our new walk in shower. I wish I could post a picture, but there is no place to do that.

WestShore Home replaced an outdated shower with another shower, and an outdated tub with a walkin shower. The installers Mario Ingiani and Louie Rose, the whole crew were fast, efficient, polite, kind and respectful of our home and opinion. They arrived on time and finished in less that 8 hours. To say that the finished results is superior does not do justice to the look and craftsmanship of Mario and Louie attention to detail and dedication to ensure the project was not only beautiful but, installed correctly, and efficiently. They deserve more than 5 stars, and we look forward to enjoying our new showers for a lifetime.

Installers Logan M. & John N. arrived timely. They were both personable and professional. The install started with a hiccup that was not their fault but they were instrumental in resolving the issue. We were kept informed every step of the process. When resolution was authorized they quickly began the work. The job was completed flawlessly. The area was left clean, all debris carried away. These installers are great. We removed tub and had walk in shower installed. We are happy with the renovation and pleased with the way the work was performed. Thank you again Logan M. and John H. Steven and Josh were prompt, courteous and professional. They completed the bath tub removal and shower conversion in one day. The finished project exceeded my expectations. Upon completion, not only did they clean up the bathroom they also cleaned off the driveway. They take pride in their work!
