They removed a garden tub/shower combination and replaced it with a walk in shower. This was a fairly large garden tub. They had to move the drain and add piping. They finished the entire project in 8 1/2 hours. Ben and Dom did an excellent job in the project, as well as minimizing the cleanup needed in the attached bedroom.

Kim, Tim, Gus and Sidney were the installers they were very professional they explained what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take . These gentlemen were polite and friendly and always made sure as to what was being done. I would recommend West Shore ... oh yes they removed all debris and cleaned up after themselves as well. I am pleased with my new windows

I was impressed from the time they walked in until the job was completed. Professional and completed as agree. Ben and George were the installers. Very polite and professional. Went over everything before they started the job and again when the job was completed. Neither of them picked up their cell phones the entire time. Great experience. Logan and Sidney arrived promptly. They were professional and offered great customer service. The project only took seven hours. They didn't leave a.mess to clean up. I am happy with my new tub and shower. My only complaint is the cost for the project. I think it should be under $5,000

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
