Our family was blessed by my Mom with the completely unexpected and extravagant gift of a walk-in tub. From the first visit to the last, the skilled craftsmen of Westshore did above and beyond all that we could have asked or imagined, We would especially wish to recognize Cory Gustin, who was in charge of the installation of our tub, and Matt Poole, as well as all of the other workmen who assisted then. Because of the severity of my arthritic ankles, knees and back, I had been unable to enjoy a bath for many years. Now I can bathe easily in luxury and comfort. Thank you, Westshore!

Wrong shower pan had to be installed. The drain had to be moved. I now have concrete dust on everything in my home. Problem should have been addressed before installation day. Second shower I've done with them. First time was flawless. This time a good install just very messy. Logan and Sidney both did a good job under the supervision of Joe.

Mike Cortes and Cole Harris were very professional and polite gentleman and they did an amazing job. I love my new shower.

These types of projects are mostly about the quality of the installation. West Shore Home sent Michael C. as the installer and he was extremely talented. The project turned out beautifully and was completed in one day.

George and Logan were top notch. Very professional and courteous I would highly recommend.

We replaced two bathroom windows because the contractor grade windows didn't open and were not tinted or frosted! These new windows are both frosted and tinted from the outside. No peeping inside! Better grade windows than the rest of the house! All bathrooms should have a window to open! So much better than the vented fans that wear out. Now on to the shower in two weeks! Yea!

We just had our walk in shower installed today. Ben and John were very professional, respectful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and timely. We are very happy with the service and they are highly recommended. Joe was on hand with the rest of the team and he as well was very kind, courteous and professional. The entire team really did a great job and we couldn't be any happier.

Weâ re very happy with our new walk-in shower, which was installed in a single day, in less than 7 hours. The new shower replaced an old stand-in the builder hadnâ t probably installed and that had started to leak. West Shore made sure all of the old materials were removed and that everything was cleaned and water sealed before replacing with new materials. We were able to choose everything to our personal design taste, including the type of shower head (we LOVE our 6-way magnetic Moen head - so worth the upgrade!) shelving type and location, and the finish of the fixtures. Our shower now looks and feels luxurious and there is absolutely no leaking anymore like we had before they came. The walls and floor are extremely easy to clean and also resist mold and hard water stains, and the glass doors are also easy to wipe clean, with very few crooks and crannies that could collect moisture and get moldy. We thought the price was reasonable, too - we had gotten a few quotes and everything else started around $10k higher; though those would have been tiled options and required more labor, weâ re happy to have saved the money plus we also avoided the never-ending battle with grout etc. that we would have faced with standard tile. Our sales person was friendly, informative and easy to work with, our installation appointment ended up being rescheduled for a week earlier than originally planned (they had an opening and called to ask if we wanted to take it) which was awesome, and our installer arrived on time, was quick, efficient and quiet, and left the bathroom and his pathway through the front door to the bathroom extremely clean - I even saw him sweeping the foyer before he left! We have no complaints and only positive things to say about our entire experience with West Shore and our beautiful and relaxing new shower.
