I must admit that a red flag went up when I was asked for my credit card number. I had the feeling that they would be charging the bill, but I also felt that they were a reputable company because of the 'Pros You Can Trust' ad.When the salesman, John and one of his co-workers, came by to look in my attic, I informed them that only one the of two access points in my house had a drop-down ladder. The contract was only based on the drop-down ladder int the hallway. They harped on the other smaller access, which is why it was not mentioned as a feasible entrance to the attic. He did say that would be a game changer for fixing the rodent problem. I admit that I was rushing out the door for work and did not fully read what was written down until after I received the poor service. The contract stated that the traps would be checked 2-3 times a week, but no one showed up the following week. I called them and got Jennifer, who I assume is an admin or close to it, and she said the would restart the program due to becoming busy. On the 4th or 5th visit, they gathered the traps from outside without knocking to inform us first. I told them I was still hearing activity, but he had already half-nailed cloth over one of the rodent breaches. I let him in to get the attic traps, and I also told him I needed to call the office. It seemed he could not wait until I got off the phone with Jennifer. He was in the house for all 2-4 minutes. He must have had other orders or things to do on the schedule. So if it was just the one entry point into the attic, than I am correct that the contract was not fulfilled. I also have pictures showing how unprofessional the steel wool was installed with the nail showing on the front-facing board of my home. I'm seeking your help to get the $595 or $495and let Truly Nolen keep $100 for their effort. Last and most importantly, I would like to spare other potential customers the emotional stress and financial burden of paying for poor quality workmanship and poor customer service. I took a class on customer service at work after the fact, and I learned that you earn loyalty from the customer by providing the best service you can. In the future, I will verify before I trust when searching for help. Truly Nolen were not the pros I could trust. The co-owner, I believe his name is Jeff, felt as though his time would be wasted talking me, and made me feel like a second-class citizen. He also pitched the idea to throw in three traps and let my spouse place them. Why would I pay him $595 for that when I could get could have gotten snap traps and the steel wool for less than $8? I hired them to be thorough. This experience has been far below satisfactory.

Several companies came and did inspections, but Truly Noland spent the most time explaining the infestation, treatment and current damage. Felt I had a true understanding of what was happening and the proposed treatment plan.
