This was a rental property left vacant. Titan verified that I was the owner (smart) then, in my absence proceeded to unlock the home, and re-key them (front & back door, handle & deadbolts). He hid the new key where I cold find it and I paid him over the phone. I hae used Titan before, and will again when necessary. Good job! Being that the home was about 40 miles away in Walterboro, it cost me a little more, but at least he was willing to serve the population. Other companies don't want to work if it inconveniences them. I shopped around, and not only did Titan respond to my messages late at night, he was extremely flexible with working around my schedule to make an appointment. Titans quote was also much cheaper than the rest, but I was not only looking for a good price, but a good response time to my request as well as friendly and trusted service. Titan fit the bill across the board. He had the three doors all synced with one key within about 45 minutes. I also inquired about having my car key redone, because I haven't been able to use the buttons on it in almost two years. He quoted me a price that is much less than the dealership, and when the time is right, will meet me at my location, laser cut the key, reprogram the buttons, and have me up and running quickly and efficiently ($95 - dealerships are at least $125). Titan is also Veteran Owned, which is another bonus for using this service. Because he is mobile, he accepts cash or debit / credit, which makes paying very convenient. ($80 quoted online, which covered three regular locks, two deadbolts, and two new keys - an add'l $30 for a completely new lock / door knob because one didn't match and he had in the truck). Additionally, he showed up 15 minutes early, which I appreciated.

I am very happy I chose Titan to do this work. I was also able to use the Angie's List coupon for the work and saved some money.

I bought the 6 lock deal and we ended up rekeying 10 total ($10/ extra lock, which seems the standard charge) Very rapid response to questions, scheduled just a few days out, on time and did good work. I had a bad experience with a recommended locksmith who never followed up. Great experience here.

I called on a Friday and was able to get a service call the next day. It was not an emergency. The locksmith called 30 minutes prior to the appointment time to advise he was running late on the previous call. He said he would be delayed by 45 minutes. He did arrive 45 minutes later than our original scheduled time but that was fine because he called to advise me. When he arrived he inspected my locks and told me I did not need new locks. The ones I had were very good. He was able to make a minor adjustment to the front door lock and it worked perfectly. That made it unnecessary to replace the back door lock. I commend the locksmith for his honesty. He could have replaced the two locks which would have cost me considerably more money. He was honest and professional. I recommend Titan Lock and Key most highly to anyone who needs locksmith service

good - used Angie's list coupon for service call. Then charged a high price for labor on top of that. Felt like the price was a lot. The lock works now.
