Description of Work: The guys from Suncoast came out to replace a mixing valve that had gone bad, causing the shower to alternate between hot and cold water. They did the repair and discovered that was not the problem. Unfortunately I was still stuck paying for something to be replaced that didn't need to be replaced, simply because they failed to ask me if I have a tankless hot water heater (they told me themselves they should have asked me this before because it would have pointed them in the direction of the shower head). Pretty disappointed that I ended up spending $239 for a $20 shower head that I could have replaced myself.

Description of Work: Purchased the deal $49 Plumbing Service Call Plus Credit Toward Repairs. He didn't do anything. I am getting a refund.

Description of Work: Very responsive and came on the scheduled day and stayed until job was complete. Had to reset a toilet and replace 3 sink faucet fixtures. Would use again.

Description of Work: He fixed a toilet that was leaking. All I had to pay for was a service call. I had two leaking faucets in the tub area which were 27 years old. We are hoping to remodel these bathrooms. He advised that it would be very costly to change them now as they would involve cutting into the plastic wall. It would be best to wait until I remodeled these rooms. He gave me an estimate and I agreed to wait until I had to remodel the bathrooms.

Description of Work: The put in a supply line from meter to secondary shut off in garden (25') and installed new valve box. Replaced existing toilet in master bath (hauled away old one, I provided new one) Replaced main bath faucet (I provided). There quote was accurate, they showed up when they said they would, did the work in a way to minimize the time the water would be shut off. They were very professional and I would use them again.
