Contacted "Home Adviser" on-line. I was connected with Suncoast Plumbing. They scheduled me the same day and two hours from arriving all work was completed. The young man "PJ" who did the work was most polite, efficient and professional as well as fast. He is a great asset to Suncoast Plumbing.

Got it done promptly. Took advantage of offer by gouging above local plumbing fees for 2nd and third hour. He did say he would make it up but it involved hiring him again with gift coupons.

I went on to Angie's List to get a plumber. I had gotten a couple of estimates but wanted one more to put in a kitchen faucet. I called this company and left a message and got a phone call back right away. One of the reasons I called this company because they had an ad in angies list for a $49.00 service call along with the repair. The person who called me back said that it would be at least $200. to put in the faucet and that is if I brought the faucet myself and brought it to the house. When I asked him what the $49.00 service call was, he said that was the price of the "service call" just to go out there. he said that he would take that off of the price of installing the kitchen faucet so I would only have to pay $160.00. That was nearly $70.00 higher than my other two bids. when I told him that, he simply said to call them, that he couldn't afford to do it that cheaply. OK, np.

Came out to assess the situation and determined that I needed a new kitchen sink faucet. Went over all the things I should consider when purchasing the new faucet. I went to Lowe's and found a great Moen fixture. They came back installed it. I love my new faucet it works great! Highly recommend this company!

He did a good job, kept in contact with me as this was a rental house. He was prompt and professional.

He came out and took a quick look and saw that the seal on the disposal was rusting and pretty much ruined due to a poorly done installation. They took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and why, then gave me the option of going and purchasing my own garbage disposal (which was about $30 cheaper) or they would purchase me one for $129. The $49 deal was credited against their standard fee of $99 for a disposal install. I always had the option to have the seal and disposal repaired for the $49, but that was not the recommendation since he would have to use non-standard parts to repair a rusty $100 disposal. I opted for the replacement so that I could avoid an actual replacement a few years (or less) down the line. He was on time, very communicative and very professional.

Mike was the best. Honest from start to finish and was very fair on the price. He really helped me out when I was in a jam. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike.

Called Mike, the owner, and set up an appointment for a free estimate. PJ came out 2 days later, on time, and was very professional in giving us all the options available for Suncoast to either provide and install a new Water Heater or have us purchase a heater on our own and have them do the install only. We reviewed all the types of heaters available and the pros and cons of each. PJ was so knowledgeable that we decided to trust his judgment and they provided the heater and did the install 2 days later. Immediate replacement was not a factor as the tank had a steady drip leak and we mutually agreed to the install date. PJ came out, as promised, and installed the new heater very quickly and professionally. The cost was as agreed upon minus a $100 discount coupon that Mike had referred me to on their website on the day that I had set up the initial appointment. Mike called the day after the installation to insure I was happy with the work. I informed him that we were very satisfied with Suncoast and that they would be our "go to" provider for future plumbing services.

He arrived on time and had shoe covers on to protect my floor. He explained the problem with the water heater. He explained the problem with the faucet and also looked at the refrigerator problem I was having. Although he could not fix the problem with the refrigerator he explained what was wrong and a type of person to call. He gave me a price to fix which he did not exceed. Although he could have charged me for tightening the screw, he did not. He gave me a fair price for the work done.

Excellent work.. Great communication. They were on time and the work was quick and painless. They arrived when they said they would be there. Very helpful with what I needed for my home. Did not not try to sell me on something that I did not need. Pit was nice know that the work was being done by professionals. When I came the work was completed. I will use them again

I hired Mike because the guy my general contractor brought on board no showed too many time so I fired him and had the city pull his permit. Mike can out the day after I called him looked at the job and had me a quote the same day. Early the following week he was on the job! This was a major renovation and demanded all of his time as well as Tim (awesome guy!). My renovations were essentially put on hold due to the previous guy's failure to show. Thanks to Mike and Tim the job got back on track. They did an excellent job with outstanding workmanship and for an amazing price! Their invoicing was just as easy to work with. Sent me an email, I hit a link and BOOM, paid online with a credit card. This was not an easy job. They were working in a tiny crawl space and an attic that had not been cleaned out in 40 years (not an exaggeration, we bought this house from a family who built it in 1966!). Mike was responding to texts and calls with lightning fast speed, which to me are signs of pride in their work and solid customer service. I know we weren't his only customer, but he sure made us feel like it. I can't say enough good things about Mike and Sun Coast plumbing. They are a local small business that believes in superior workmanship and one-on-one service. When they say they'll take care of it, you know you're about to get a quality job! Did I mention he stands behind his warranty? They are committed to doing an outstanding job and stand behind it! Thanks fellas!

An initial visit was made to determine the amt of work require and price.Day of installation 3 men arrived,well organized.They looked like theyhad done this a million times before.In and out 3-4 hours. Only thing, i was nervous was that the tanks had indentations,probalbly purchased at a discount.it was mostly the top lid.I asked him for a 5yr installation warranty and he agreed.

Mike was on time, very efficient and quite fair. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbor.
