It turned out very good. They were great. They only put one thing down so far but the lawn looks great. The response was great. They said they could come out when they are supposed to come out and so they did. It was good punctuality. It was my first application and they gave me an extra one free and that was great too.

As you can see I feel they scammed me...

Applications were completed on 8/9/16, our grass has a magnificent green color to it and is getting thicker. Will need additional applications to get the weeds in control but we are satisfied with the results so far. We would recommend this service to other customers.

They brought back a lawn that was destroyed in a years time. They did great work.

This was a big deal purchase. I had to call them back. The first time they came and supposedly sprayed my sister was sitting on the porch and she said she didn't see anything coming out of the end of the sprayer. It was supposed to be both insects and weeds. Nothing happened with the weeds and there was an anthill that started that grew bigger so they obviously did not do what they were supposed to do. I called them back after a few days and told them nothing died. They did come back and apparently sprayed better. It killed the weeds and did not do too much yet for insects, yard bugs or moles that I thought they were going to fix. Before they did the work somebody came and they wanted to try to sell you an ongoing thing and I said we would see how the first deal goes. I should not have had to call them back the second time. They did come back right away after I called. They made a date and then they was to change it.

They were responsive until after I paid a year in advance to get the discount . I had problems getting return calls . I cancelled the service and no one even called to ask why. I was told I would get my refund in 3 weeks , then 4 weeks . They have not refunded my money and will not return my calls .

Sprayed thoroughly. The bugs didn't die and the lawn hasn't greener up...but some of the weeds did die. We will have to fertilize as it doesn't appear that they fertilized.

came by home promptly, scheduled treatment, 1st treatment performed as promised. 2nd treatment forthcoming.

the guy was very pushy and they when I finally agreed for him to come out to the house to do the evaluation he showed up WELL after normal business hours without even asking if that was ok. that was the last straw for me and I got a refund. I can't evaluate actual service since no work was done.

We are in the process. It is a year long thing but, so far so good. I have put them in for a year.

This provider was very professional, no pressure, just great folks. Work was excellent.

This was a $49 big deal purchase and it was not so good. I called them because I was not happy. They came back out because a lot of my grass looked like it was dying. I thought they were going to winterize it and it would start turning green, instead it started turning brown. But they claim that what turned brown was the weeds. The grass never turned green so I don't know. I probably would not use them again. They came out pretty quickly after I purchased the deal. They were courteous on the phone. I wasn't here when they did the treatment. I would have given them a better grade if they had done what the salesman that came out here to talk to me said about it -- they tried to get me to sign a contract. He kept saying I had dollar weed. I had somebody else look at it and I don't have any dollar weed -- he was just trying to talk me into something.

It was fine, nothing great, nothing horrible. I wouldn't use them again, not because I think they were bad but just because I don't have a need to use them.

They showed up to inspect my lawn without making an appointment (they were in the neighborhood) and were very good about providing prices, information, options,etc. I didn't want them to come and spray until I returned from my vacation in early October so I could see the effect of the treatment on the weeds but they wanted to come before I left. They showed up when it was already dark and they (he) really couldn't do a good job on the back yard because it was soaking wet. They were very informative and courteous when they were here, but they were supposed to get back to me and I am still waiting. Meanwhile the weeds came back and the lawn needs a follow up treatment.

Most unprofessional company I have dealt with in a long time. Al most my entire yard of St. Augustine is dead. . Obviously either too much or the wrong product was applied and now all i have is dead and dying St. Augustine grass. . It is now March 14th. They have still not contacted me as promised despite email and phone calls. I had to call again for my refund. They say they had "sent it" Sure. Meanwhile they killed almost all of my grass and have refused to send someone out to talk to me and address the problem . Steer clear unless you just want everything in your yard to die. There are better companies.

I purchased the big deal. When the salesman contacted me I indicated I did not want herbicide used on my lawn. After many phone calls back and forth, he indicated they could not provide that service so I agreed to have fertilization only done but it had to be done on certain dates I gave that they could choose from. I spoke with company on 10/19 and we discussed the dates that I wanted. I was told that someone would call me the next day and tell me which date would work. Still no phone call. I have emailed and called the salesperson again myself but no response. I will be pursuing a refund at this point.

It was fair. They had no follow-up at all. They were okay. Pricing was good.
