did not like it. It didn't last 3 weeks.

Took them over 3 months to get around to doing it. Had to call multiple times. They did a good job once they got to it though.

I bought an aeration service from Angies List, then got contacted/visited by one of their representatives. He did try to up-sell me on a few things but oh well, understandable. So far so good I'd say. So, he connects me to the main office and schedules my service for the following week. One week goes by and nothing. Another week goes by. Then I called them up, they said they were gonna look into it and give me a call back. Another week goes by. I call again, they said again they'd return my call in a few hours, never did. I call the next day and this time I "threaten" to cancel my service, and finally a few hours later I got scheduled for the following week. This time they showed up and performed the service. In all fairness, they did do a good job aerating; they provided a good coverage so no complaints there. But it took them over a month to get the job done, so I was not pleased with that. I dont believe they acted in malice at all, IMO they lack organization.

They showed up for the first visit late and then charge my card and did not perform second spray. Currently I have waited a month for the services charge to my account that was not supposed to charged until 3 days after each spray. I have called and left multiple messages and have received few calls back. They always have an excuse why they did not come out and have not refunded the money charge to my card for services not rendered. I highly recommend to stay away from this company despite the good price. Not worth the headache.

I love them. They are a little pricey, but I love them. Everybody else's yards has those little yellow dandelions in them. Not me. My yard is green. I don't have anybody else to compare the price with. I love them. They are too punctual. They would come and my car is on the grass. I have asked them to call me before they come so I can get stuff out of the way. I am very pleased with them.

Mostly well. The only complaint would be that they should notice when a lawn is receeding and needs attention. I have been with them for several years and have had to call at least annually in regards to wee issues and thining areas.

I hired Southern Green Turf when I moved into my new house 3 years ago. They were given a completely newly sodded yard to work with. It took around a year for it to actually look good. The second year we started having problems with mole crickets which they did not discover until I had to point it out to them. The crickets started to eat away at my yard and it took most of last years growing season to fix. This year the were suppose to treat for Mole Crickets in advance of the growing season and monitor it. They didn't and now my yard looks like crap. Whenever I tried to call them to speak to someone in charge I just got an answering service or a run around. No one seems to be in charge and for sure no one seems to care about the quality of their work. I have two other neighbors that have the same problem and have fired them.

I had used this company in the past and they just stopped showing up. I bought the Angies List deal to give them a second try. The salesperson showed up unannounced without any attempt to contact me via phone or email and after the requested service dates. He is a bit pushy about trying to get you to pay for quarterly or yearly treatments in advance. I had them go ahead an do the service but asked for a follow up call in a few weeks so I could see the results. They never called back.

God schedule appt, just showed up at the door at 9 pm. Work to be done after 2 pm. Tech arrived at 9 am. Very unprofessional.

This was my first and last time using Angie's list for anything. Purchased one treatment through the website. Received the heavy sell for ongoing treatment and I thought why not. Southern Green claims to have provided 2 treatments to our lawn but we still have rampant weeds. We called to inquire and we're just given the run around. No one returned our calls when we asked to cancel. Had no choice but to dispute with our credit card company. I expected more from Angie's list. Buyer beware!

The Southern Green representative was timely, organized, and quickly completed a proper job.

They were very honest and upfront about the weedy condition of our yard and expectations for one treatment. We are very happy with the results. They were courteous and informative. The work was done on schedule.

Used them for 3 years. Service was performed, but noticed that they were not very effective when my neighbor went to one of their competitors. After two applications from the competitor, my neighbors lawn started improving almost instantly. With that being said, I contacted Southern and discussed that it was obvious and I needed them to actually put in the work that I am paying them for. They came back out and sprayed a small portion of my yard. My wife asked the employee if they were going to spray the rest of the yard and he stated that he doesnt spray the whole yard on a re-spray. Long story short, I still have issues with weeds and this company still has my money. I have contacted them for a refund of the annual contract and no response. I would not waste the time or money with this company.

Great, they were professional and polite and I would hire for further services. Bwana was great and although I did not meet the person that sprayed my mother did and she said he was nice as well. Thank you.

They were great. The guy was courteous, he talked to me. He made the point to knock on the door, so I knew he was there. No issues there. Was totally different guy. It was a much better experience. The second guy went over everything, he covered our yard, because we have odd shaped yard, where we own most of our neighbor's front yard. Its at an angle, an 45 degree angle. He made sure to mark it, which is almost in front of his front door. Its an odd thing. I didn't know it when we first moved in, and he was mowing in triangle. He said its your yard.

We are new to SC so I am not familiar with what will grow in this climate. I did tell the gentleman that my husband would like a couple of palm trees and asked if something like ligustrum could be planted around the patio for privacy. He basically took my question and put them in a picture. I could have done that. A fool and his money are soon parted. Lesson learned.

They are responsive, I had a small problem with the work and they came right back out.

Appeared to only do half the yard. The back was entirely skipped.

I have had 2 treatments do far. I am satisfied with the contract I have with them. I got it for a whole year, he gave me a good deal for a whole year. I have evergreens, the price he gave me was going to be half of what I was paying and I get a little bit more treatment. It didn’t take long to do it. It will be awhile before I see any results. Was really professional.
