Powell roofing was amazing from the beginning. Such a great couple that own and run the company and kept me informed of everything. The work crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. They did everything in one day and cleaned up so well after. Would definitely use them again if I ever need another room on any property.

From the moment I put my request in and Cameron contacted me it was great! 1st of all I was contacted the same day I placed the request. Do understand I requested 3 other estimates and I’m still waiting on 2 of them! It’s been 2 months already!!! They gave me the estimate and every question I had Cameron was able to answer. I have a crazy mortgage co. and they made us jump through some hoops but Cameron and Mr. Powell walked me through the entire process. The day came for my roof to be put on and it was done with great efficiency I couldn’t believe it! Thank you Tony and T-Bird! What a great crew! I wish I had every crew members name but I don’t! When they were finished I couldn’t believe it! Its like they were never there! If you are looking for a honest, customer service driven company to do you roof or home repair POWELL ROOFING is that company. I WILL use them again!

Left phone message for a window quote. Waited a week, no response. Filled out another quote request on their website. No response.guess they dont need the work

James did a aerial survey and gave me a estimate for a new roof in 12 hours just by email. He was the best price of three contractors. He used the best quality materials and a 50 year warranty too. The very friendly crew arrived on time and completed the new roof on my 1500 sqft house in one day. The roof looks amazing and the clean up was fantastic. CALL POWELL ROOFING if you need a new roof !!!!!

The crew was extremely fast and did amazing. The were extremely hardworking, I don’t think I even seen them take a break. They did an amazing job of cleaning up as they were going. My roof turned out gorgeous, along with the with shutters and door they painted to match the roof. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Perfectly.........job took 1 day, surprised me at how fast they were. 3 weeks later hurricane Dorian hit. No problem (other than my beautiful roof has debris all over it now)! I did find a lot of nails in my gutters and a few on the ground even with their cleanup, but all in all I'm very pleased.

These guys work well and fast. They managed to completely repair the roof within 1 day and get it done before the rain set in. They also managed to fit me in after the closing on my house and before my home insurance checked in. The price point was very competitive for 30 year architectural shingles. We just rode out Hurricane Dorian and I see no damage to the new roof.

We have a home on the Isle of Palms and dealing with contractors is often difficult at best. Powell Roofing was the exception and a pleasure to work with. We needed to have new skylights and pipe collars installed as well as some shingles replaced quickly because one skylight was leaking. James and Powell Roofing came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done. Working with James and Powell Roofing was easy and efficient. Although we live out of town, we were able to easily coordinate everything through texts and phone calls. James came out to the house right away to give us an estimate for the work. We had several quotes and James’ price was hands down the best. Everything was professionally installed, and we didn’t have to call him once for status updates. In fact, the job was day a day ahead of schedule. After the job was completed, James sent us pictures and an overview of the work to make sure we were satisfied. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. We highly recommend James and Powell Roofing.

My neighbor’s son (who is a roofer out of town) complimented me on the roof and said whoever did it, did a good job. His price is fair and willing to work with you if your schedule is flexible.

It was excellent. The owner of the company assisted me in getting the insurance company out to approve the work and they put it on at the time they said they would put it on. They thought it was going to take longer but it took them two days. They cleaned up and worked with me in making sure that everything was done well. They also brought me out a package with samples of all of the different types of shingles, as well as the information on the under-layer of the roof. They advised me of places on my roof that deteriorated and that they improved. Excellent. First class.

Excellent in all dimensions. James was great, professional and courteous, provided the most competitive quote, answered all of our questions. Described the process. Gave us the dates. The crew turned up exactly on the scheduled day and time. Foreman Brad and his crew were terrific. Our roof is fairly large (5300 sq. ft.) with 5 dormers and a lot of twists and turns. The crew finished the whole roof in two days (back the first day and front the second day). After each day, the yard, driveway and around the house were cleaned thoroughly as the work progressed and left in a pristine state as though no work had been done. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the result and would recommend Powell Roofing (owner James, foreman Brad, and the crew) without any hesitation.

Prompt, professional and perfect job! Got there on time, finished on time and left no trace of a mess. A coordinated crew did the job in one day! These people know what they are doing. I watched them remove the old roof and replace every inch of rotted wood underneath. I passed up cheaper estimates because James Powell's presentation was so complete about his credentials and product that it left nothing for me to assume. I got two other estimates that were up to $2000 more but Powell's had better reviews. Now I know why.
