The job took longer than we were told originally, but we were not inconvenienced in any way by this. The manufacturer sent the wrong window, so that job took an additional two weeks for the right window to come in. The guys were great (and the gal, too)! Other contractors we interviewed prior to hiring, were not prepared to work on a roof as steep as ours, and either declined or inflated the estimate. When I posted for recommendations to our neighborhood FB page, Powell was mentioned over and over. He was very professional, and we got our estimate quickly. He offered a lot more for the lowest cost. An overall great experience.

Mr Powell came out and gave me an estimate and I immediately liked him. Very professional and friendly. I told him I had another company coming to give me an estimate because I never go with just one estimate on huge projects. He understood and as soon as I got my estimate from the "other" guy.. Hi promptly called Powell Roofing! His prices are great and there were no extra costs that could possibly pop up. (the other guy was outrageous and had a possibility of more costs if this or that.) His crew was great! They took the time to clean the area surrounding the house continually while the job was being done. I have two satellite dishes they had to work around and I never once lost signal on either one! That's impressive! They even blew the driveway off when they finished! Mr Powell inspects the jobs when they are completed . He also does Windows, painting and siding! I will definitely recommend him to everyone!

It went great. I got quotes from several roofers and his price was always better both times. He came out when he said would and was able to come out quickly. They did a great job, I was pleased with both roofs. They did a good job cleaning up and I was satisfied with them.

He came out, did an estimate, presented the contract, explained the products he uses and went over the damage on my roof. He really worked with me on everything. I wanted a metal roof, but it was very expensive. I went with architectural shingles because he backs the shingles, and the color was a dead match for what the metal roofing would look like. He also had a really good warranty as well.

They were certainly affordable. They were here when they said they would be here. They were here early in the morning and finished in one day. They also had to replace plywood and didn't charge me extra for it. They were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. They cleaned up everything from the yard. I found them to be very courteous and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. They arrived 7am and got straight to work. They were done by 3 in the afternoon. They got it all done in one day. I highly recommend them, my neighbor ended up using their services about 6 months later to replace her roof after a minor hurricane.

Great from start to finish. First used Eagle View to give a preliminary estimate. Once I gave Ok, James Powell came out to see roof, confirm measurements, select roof color and schedule. Job was done and cleaned up. Two weeks later, insurance adjuster was out post Matthew (roof fine) and, since the insurance company has told us to repair or replace the roof, the adjuster - a roofer from Illinois - went up and checked the roof. His comment was that the job was very well done, and that Powell had added touches which we not required by code but added quality to the work. Lowest price also of five quotes we got.
