This company does amazing work, at a reasonable price, and does it very well. Kevin, Chris, Raoul, and the entire crew are top-notch people who do great work and are a pleasure to deal with . They were very patient with my wife and I having a hard time finalizing our design decisions and they provided us with invaluable advice to help come up with a great design for our (somewhat challenging) space. Once we finally made up our minds Palmetto was on site quickly and worked quickly. But not sloppily. Both the work they performed and their thorough cleanup afterwards left our yard looking great. These guys get an A+ in every category and we will be using them again for future projects (I already have a couple in mind).

We have zero complaints on the work of this company, they were on time, courteous, friendly, cleaned up well and we're very impressed by the end product. We were surprised we were able to get the amount of work we did on our budget. Worth the money.

Kevin's team (3 workers) showed up on the scheduled day to begin the project. Worked with the team on the first day to lay out the design and location of the firepit and seating walls and outside edges. Once completed they began to excavate the patio area and lay stone and sand and level. Approximately 8 yards of stone and 1 yard of sand were used for the base. At the end of the second work day the paver base was completed and they started laying out the circular design for the firepit area. The workers always showed up early in the morning and stayed till late afternoon and were very professional and easy to talk/work with. If rain was in the forcast they would cover up the area that they were working till they could get back to us. Within the next couple of work days the pavers were all down and cut, then they started working on the firepit and seating walls, which also took a couple of work days. The end result is we have a beautiful paver patio with a stone faced firepit and two four foot stone faced seating walls around the firepit. We are extremely pleased with our patio and the team at Palmetto Landscaping. Dealing with Kevin and Pam, in the office, and the team onsite was always easy and everyone worked hard and did everything they could to answer our questions and make our experience with them completely satisfying. The only small issue we had was getting the firepit grill and cover, which took longer than we expected but really no big deal. We would not hesitate to go back to them in the future for any additional landscaping type work and would highly recommend them.

Good: Grass came in as expected. Grading was done correctly Bad: Some left over sod cuttings where tossed in neighbors property, and a shovel I had left out in the yard was removed. their was also a contractors piece of equipment left from a previous job done by someone else which was removed, without my knowledge. I should have been home when the work was performed.

Initially I met with Kevin the owner. After getting 3 quotes, his offer was the best. After getting all the paperwork on my end straight (neighborhood association crap) I emailed Kevin and told him I was good to go. He contacted me and said he would let me know when he had a date for my job. He did advise me at our initial meeting that it would be about 3 weeks due to his work load. I told him I understood and was good with that. Three weeks later I got the call and they were ready to start. The crew arrived around 10am on the first day. I had some questions about the design and layout and the guys answered everything. Afterwards I left the guys to do their job. On the second day the guys arrived at 8am. It did take 2 days to do the job due to the rain but the end result was perfect!! I couldn't be more pleased!! If you want an awesome job done, call these people!!! I did call them to do the landscaping around the patio (a seperate job). They will be back soon to do that.

I must honestly say that I have been absolutely impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, promptness, competitive pricing, and service that Palmetto Landscaping provides. I have been so happy with their services that I have secured a seasonal contract with them for lawn care/maintenance. I have also recently had them build a bordered playground for my daughter in the backyard. The results were much better than I had hoped for. A+ in my book!

Still going good - they come every two weeks and invoice me by email. I then pay by phone. Very convenient.

I have no idea if Palmetto Landscaping does a good job....we never got the chance to find out. However, I was not at all impressed with their lack of communication. We will find another landscaper. We just moved to this area...I hope they are not all this unresponsive....

They have been very professional. I would highly recommend them.

They were vastly overpriced. I have no faith in him. The suggestion that they gave us was really out of realm of possibility. They gave a quote for over $11,000. This guy was smoking but I wanted some as he was saying this had 15 year warranty and blah, blah, blah. He was very, very cavalier. Half of the stuff wasn’t necessary inside the driveway and inside concrete. The individual was good, punctual and showed us exactly what he was going to do instead of outlandish prices and claims and so forth. I don’t think he was too professional whatsoever. I did like that he showed up but I have comments on here that he misspelled my name but that is not a big thing. His quote was $11850 for a job and it was taken care of within $4000 and I just thought they are nuts. Kevin Cone the individual was out here and I didn’t feel that was good at all.

We are planning in getting in touch with them again. He was great.

but on first cut they sprayed weed killer around eages I was a little disappointed at the time but I let it go it wont happen again

We had minimal landscaping around our new house so they created beds and planted around the entire foundation. The work was completed in three hours, cleaned up and it looks beautiful! Very professional and easy to work with. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

My experience was really good and I have seen a lot of their work at other places too! They have a good company and are very good at what they do. The job was done on time and they were done in about 2 days. I would definitely hire them again! I know the work of the owner, Kevin, and he makes sure to instill this in his workers too.

It has been great and it is very convenient. They are on time and if I have any questions they will answer them. The owner has been right on every time I need anything, or have questions with maintenance or scheduling. I have been using them since the beginning of this summer.

It was good. They are prompt. We have been using them for about a year now. Their professionalism and customer service are good.

We had used them for our general lawn care for 3 years. Kevin let us know recently that his company was going to do commercial jobs only and no longer any residential. We kind of anticipated this since our usual day and/or time had to change when other jobs came up. They had been doing our mowing, trimming, edging, weed eating and also our pine straw. We appreciated that they continued to take care of our yard until we were able to find someone else.

We wanted to have a paved patio behind our house and went through the process of getting estimates, checking recommendations, and looking at pictures. We ended up with three final companies. They presented designs, pavers, prior work, and cost. Palmetto Landscaping immediately stood out with prompt and professional responses to all our requests of getting paver samples, designs, and solutions to technical challenges regarding the AC, uneven ground, and drains etc. Kevin with Palmetto Landscaping, gave us an estimate on Friday, we accepted it on Monday. His team started on Wednesday, worked until it was finished on Monday. Raol, the paver/designer is known to be able "to do anything in pavers" and we believe he can. As a result of the teamwork, we have now an elegant, beautiful patio behind the house that certainly adds value to the house as well as being a pleasure to look at. We recommend Kevin and his team (Palmetto Landscaping) to anyone who wants to have a patio built.

So I had a lawnmower hit one of my guest's car in my driveway while the company was mowing and didn't report it. Basically a hit and run. It left a bad scuff mark. I though that this is going to be a bad headache to have to go through since this company cuts my lawn through the HOA so I would have to deal with them and the company. I had called the HOA about this and I got in touch with Kevin. To my surprise, he offered to come out the next day to buff it out. I told him that the car is now in Ohio and he even offered to pay for my guest to get it buffed out in Ohio. Such as nice guy. I would not hesitate to recommend this honest company. A+ in my book!

I had nothing in my backyard and he had to do quite a bit.

It is excellent. He is a one-man owner with a crew working for him. I met him when he was just starting out and he has grown tremendously since then. I don’t use them for a couple of months a year. He gives me a great deal because I am one of the first people that he started using. They do a wonderful job. They are always where they are supposed to be. They don’t say they are coming and then they don’t get here. He is a good Christian man that is honest. I have been using them for 3 years now and I will continue to use them as long as he is around.
